Yeah, it's fun to use with my 3year old son. I can make it look like he teleports all over the house. Just pause till he moves somewhere else and hit record again. Hilarious!
Hey man. Thanks for watching. I do explain it in a different video. Right here if you'd like to check it out ua-cam.com/video/t-IFqSwc5HI/v-deo.html this was before the update where the changed how you can do lock mode without holding the button.
DJI did an update that makes the power button go into selfie mode. If you hit the button to the right of the record button to turn it on it will face away from you. You still have to use the power button to power it off though.
I would set your ISO at 100 shoot at 30 FPS, put your shutter speed 1/60. If it is a very sunny day you're going to need a shaded area or, I would recommend getting ND filters for your osmo pocket 2. Pretty much if you're going to be doing any shooting outside and want to be able to use your professional settings on it you need ND filters. I plan on doing a video about the set that I have here shortly.
Key tone is for when you press the record button. It makes a beep sound if it's turned on. It does not make the beep sound if it's turned off. It can be good to have on if you want to make sure you hear the camera start recording. If you don't want other people to hear when you hit the record button, it's good to have it off. Like at an event.
If we're supposed to avoid using iso over 400 because above that it adds noise, what are the recommended settings for indoor recording? Maybe my lighting is just not good enough, but I feel that I need to increase the ISO to above 1000 to get decent exposure at a shutter speed of 50 (for 24 fps)
Yeah. You can get low noise at 800 iso but it's a little noticeable. If you are having to go higher than that to get proper exposure, you will need to light the area better to get the best picture. I hope this helps you.
Buy a portable work light at a hardware store, it should cost you maybe 30 or 40 bucks. Wherever your scene is situated, place the light on its back, with the light pointing towards the ceiling. It will light up the entire scene, dropping your ISO to the sweet spot. No need to buy those $1k+ lighting setups, when you can do the same thing with a work light.
I'm trying to connect my brand new dji pocket 2 with the Mimo app via my mobile phone but my dji pocket 2 keeps turning off and disconnecting and disrupting the whole process. It's extremely frustrating. And now it's telling me that I have 3 attempts to connect. Probably if I fail 3 more times then my brand new dji pocket may not work at all.
Bought this camera last week, and I hate it. For a handy camera, I've never had another less handy piece of equipment in all my life. It is fiddly to operate , the touchscreen is so small , you can't set it down without a tripod when it's switched on or the gimbal goes ape. You need to purchase loads of extras. The sound is crap and without purchasing the so-called, 'do it all handle', you have no speaker at all. To make it easier to use, you can connect it physically to your phone, but if you don't buy a supporting mount you'll have a hard time moving about and keeping them attached. I could go on all day about the issues this handy cam has very expensively caused me and would advise people not to bother themselves. I deeply regret having forked out so much money on it and all the other bits that you need to go with it. A total waste.
I respect your opinion on this camera and perhaps it was not for you. It is first and foremost a "gimbal camera". If you are looking for a "handy cam" or action camera it isn't for you. I also at this point would recommend anyone that does want this camera puts $50 extra into the purchase and orders a factory renewed creator combo. They have them on Amazon now with the same return policy and the ability to add protection if wanted. I am in no means trying to convince you to like it. But I 100% would not have bought this camera without the creator combo. It makes all the difference for my use of it. I hope you are able to return or resell yours and get the camera that is right for you. I appreciate hearing about your experience with your pocket 2. Good luck to you on finding what you need!
I hope this video helps you get the most out of your pocket 2. Have fun with the in camera jumpcuts! Thanks for watching!
The touch screen of the pocket2 is not working and send it for repair. They told me it's manufacturing defect

@@EddieStudios thank you
plz open the tiktok camera from DJI Pocket camera and show me ....its work to open tiktok app camera or just it can open mobile app camera?
It does not work in the TikTok app. I talk about using the DJI to record on its own. You can upload the video to TikTok after you record it.
Great little tips! Thx for that!
My pocket 2 always starts in selfie mode. Yours not. Any idea how to fix this (cause i never vlog)?

@@EddieStudios thx a lot! Will try this!!

I Don't know what a key tone is and if I should have it set on or off. Thanks.

@@EddieStudios Hey, thanks so much! That seems simple now that you told me but I could not find the answer anywhere. Best wishes.
