are buddha and siddharth gotham two person now?

No both are same. Actual name of Gautam Buddha is Siddhartha Gautama. He was named as Buddha as he discovered the hidden truth of the life and since he was a knowledgeable person he was named as Buddha by the people of that era. So both name signifies and identifies the same individual.

Except you the whole world knows that Buddha was born in Lumbini Nepal. India was the place where Siddhartha Gautama discovered hidden truth of life and ultimately died there.

At that time there where no India / Nepal borders so one can't claim whether it is India or Nepal. Let us try to learn what Buddha taught us.
