I don't get how this is a good ending... Aaron is playing dumb. I get that he hasn't be very involved in what was going on at Braille these past few years, but there is no way no one talked to him about it.
If Nigel was there when this happened, Gabe or other members of the team were there too. You're gonna make us believe that no one reported this to Aaron and Braille. Nigel also said that the way they let Carlos go without any explanations was bullshit after "how they did Fetty". He's just reacting to this now and saying he's going to file a police report because the storm is coming and he wants to protect himself and his company.

Yeah, the actual "good ending" would be if none of this actually happened. At best we can hope for a bittersweet ending if it's properly investigated and justice is served, but realistically given the lack of evidence (I'm sure there would've been security camera footage but this is from years ago so it's probably long gone) and long amount of time since the incident even that is very unlikely.
Nigel did say something about Aaron Kyro hadn't known about any of this and it wasn't until the All Terrain Tour that Nigel started talking to Aaron about it. So sounds like Aaron might not be playing dumb too much. The other members that did know should have gone to Aaron first thing. I get what you're saying and agree to an extent. But at least it sounds like Aaron is actually going to do something about it now, whereas there are so many CEOs and people like that out there who would still try to sweep it under the rug at this point. Even if he's doing it to cover his own ass, it's more than so many people in his position have done in the past in other similar situations.
reality is, accusations dont matter. they just dont. without any evidence, police reports, or any real documentation.

So I don't know anything other than what I've heard in this video, but it sounds like it probably did happen. A company like braille should really be getting a comprehensive cctv system fitted recording everywhere the kids have access to. This isn't the first time they've faced these kinds of accusations, and they need to be protecting their students, and ensuring that parents can still trust them with their kids. Would you bring your kids there? I don't have kids, but if I did I know I wouldn't let them near the place.

Hi Dan, I've seen a few of your videos and trick tips, and really gained a respect for you on how you are covering this. Too many things like this get swept under the rug in skateboarding culture if the skater is "gnarly" enough. Like what happened with Jason Jessee, and the comments on that video about him from ERASERHEAD just exemplify that skateboarders don't give a fuck about anything if you're going after their favorite skater. I posted on Brailles channel saying they Aaron needed to find a new profession and if Revive is smart they will distance themselves. Aaron replied with "what happened?"........... tbf, comments do get deleted a LOT on this "platform." You may think they deleted them but they probably didn't. It often takes place within less than a minute. As soon as you post it, you can edit it for a typo and then you get an error when submitting because it's already deleted.

How the fuck has he changed sides? Even from the beginning Dan was saying he didn't know for sure one way or the other but he was going to follow the evidence that comes his way and try to formulate his own opinion on the matter. Even in the previous video with all the screenshots that Nigel sent him he was saying if Carlos had his own evidence to clear his own name, he'd like to have him on the channel to get to the bottom of it since it seemed the screenshots were pretty damning. Seemed being the operative word, Dan never said anything absolute either way.
Also, it seems once you're a big enough UA-camr you can't win. If he didn't cover these topics people like you would be accusing him of not tackling subjects that matter. But when he does cover them, it's clout chasing instead of bringing awareness to a serious situation that deals with someone who isn't insignificant in the skating world. No matter what you'll find something to have a problem with.

So if Aaron claims he’s just learning about this now and is only now filing a police report, is there any proof that this situation is the reason Carlos got fired? I get that he coincidentally lost his instagram around the same time but on the other hand, Braille gave him a whole send off on the channel and have done videos with him years after he left (for example, Carlos Lastra VS Ricky Glaser from last year)
If Aaron was being genuine in those comments (assuming he’s the one responding to people using the braille account) and in those DMs you show at the end claiming he has no prior knowledge of this, is Nigel more to blame for keeping this under the rug for so long?

Ultimately Carlos looks bad going on this nobody’s channel cause it looks like he’s trying to get ahead of the allegations (knowing that in your last video, you mentioned there is a follow up interview with Nigel coming out on Lamont’s channel soon) while simultaneously avoiding addressing the audience at large. He could have come on your channel when he claimed “you got it all wrong” or he could have used his own channel or instagram. But he intentionally went with an interviewer that did all the talking for him
Chad Sinclair came off more as a legal representative trying to cover all of Carlos’s tracks and speak on his behalf (even though they don’t know one another)
But I am curious as to how many other people knew about this because Nigel was acting like every one at braille knew when Aaron seemed caught off-guard. On the other hand, Aaron could potentially be acting blissfully ignorant to save face

Carlos wasn't fired, he left before the allegations came out. Nigel isn't to blame, he followed the wishes of the victims who didn't want their names publicly attached to the incidents. Enough time has passed that he can bring attention to it without giving names and he said he had talked to at least one of the victims about fully coming forward before he did so, letting them know their name wouldn't be mentioned. Nigel also said in a comment I think on the previous Dan Webz vid about this subject that Aaron really hadn't known about the situation and that Nigel started mentioning at least part of it to him during the All Terrain Tour.

It's her story to tell if she wants to be named, but she can't own "Carlos is a predator" as a general statement and that isn't something that should be kept quiet forever if she never wants to come forward. Being considerate to victims is important, but spreading awareness so that there aren't more victims is also important.
They're handling this exactly right in terms of reporting her side of things, she's been kept completely anonymous to the public and it seems like even sharing her name behind the scenes has been purely accidental.

If you go on Lamonts interview from like a month ago, there is a sub-comment from someone saying he saw Carlos at the park being a weird, and it was published well before all of this came out. So there's corroboration from comments before the reason was known even.
The fact that Chadd figured out who the girl was and messaged her talking about it is absolutely insane and beyond messed up. She doesnt deserve any of this. And the only person that couldve told Chadd who it was is Carlos, which is terrible. Btw Chadd hates Braille, has since the whole punisher skateboards thing then he covered the fetty thing the complete opposite way hes handled this one. as far as talking to the victim I think that's an actual good thing. something along the lines of... "hey, me and a few people are working to start up the legal process and put this info out for anyone who was thinking about associating with casrlos in future. your help would move help this process a lot. is that something your comfortable with?" isn't doing to much imo. because its steps towards legal action being taken. she could have more evidence for the police and more about the situation to better help the justice process.
