Love this lesson. In 100 years I never would've found these tools buried in the app.
facts
💯 Hidden Gems. There’s no need for horn samples anymore 😎🥃
He hpo
Greetings from Sweden!
Having followed most of these ” Logiccourses” on youtube the last 3-4 years, I must say yours is by far the best
My aim is to learn this program so I can use it before I get to frustrated, an just stop
If ( when) I get stucked, I just wind it all up from the beginning, and at least this far I always learn something new, I find the missing piece
And, what the f-k, I’m only 67 and retired I will keep on trying , some day I will master all this info!
So
Thanks for you being there and fill in the blanks for all of us that needs it
Yeah , this guy is really good . He covers some really obscure stuff ,
and I wanna say....your ability to teach is brilliant. your lessons are so diverse and so relevant. as technical as it all is you articulate it in an easy to follow way. thanks again
I love using these horn articulations sm :) it’s how I do most of my horns
You've inspired me on a whole other level! I am learning both currently. I love watching such tutorials that help me understand my style even more.
This is amazing. I didn’t know this was possible. Thank you for the great content as always!
What a fantastic tutorial! I really didn't rate the stock brass with logic! But that's because I just didn't understand what and how they can be controlled with the articulation sets? Thank you so much for turning me onto them! Love soul music and I just can't wait to get started now! This is one video I will keep at the top of my go to list...... Brilliant
Thanks this gives a whole new perspective on how to use the orchestra side of logic stock plugins
They slap with some reverb on them!
I can't express how much I appreciate your tutorials, but know that I do. Immensely! 🙌🏻
Amazing again. Before the articulation editing it does not at all sound like brass like all my brass attempts sound like crap. The way you teach it here it is a world of a difference sounding wonderfully close to the real thing. Thanx a lot
Seriously the best channel for me to learn!
The quality of logics stock plugins is actually breathtaking. People can hate apple all they want but this software is just pure gold, especially given that it's only like 300 dollar
There are some pretty crappy apps on the app store but this is not one of them . Worth every penny .
Okay, I will watch it again, and again, and again, and again. Thanks. Cool stuff. Working on creating a song for my podcast.
This is cool! I knew you could individually change articulation but doing it this way is definitely way better. Another thing I like to do with stock horn sounds is add some saturation, I find tape saturation to be pretty good for this. Depending on the plug-in I’ve achieved some cool vintage horn sounds with some tape emulation as well, if anyone sees this just some food for thought! 🤘🤘
Wow. Just saw this. I'm really amazed at what you've done with stock instruments.
Great stuff. I'm learning a lot about these articulation options. Didn't know the Logic instruments had gotten so sophisticated. Thanks!
Another very useful and oddly timely tutorial as I was working out how to use horns in Logic for the first time just a couple of days ago.
Thanks for all the help MTHG. 😁
Awesome.. didn't know about those presets in sampler
This is 🔥🔥 taught me a light in 10 mins! Thank you brotha!
Very nice trick! I couldn’t get my brass instruments to sound real at all so I put that plugin on the back burner. This video motivated me to pick it up and try again. Thank you for sharing!!
Gamechanger! Thanks for sharing 🙏🏼👍🏼 🎺🎷🎺
Awesome the transformation of that Brass sound
Thanks for explaining what + means in the Sampler presets. Off to write some film noir/spy movie music! Thanks for keeping me inspired.
Nice touches, appreciated.
Thanks so much this video has changed my composition/production forever!
Another great video, didn't know this was possible with stock plugins thank you so much
The orchestral samples are not recent, but they're from Vienna Symphonic Library, a very high quality sample library. I wish I knew where the studio horns/strings were from.
This is 🔥 and really informative. Thank you
Can you please do this with the studio strings??? Or link the video is already did? Your vids are amazing. Long time patreon supporter. 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Maybe that will be the next vid? Good idea. Thanks!
@@MusicTechHelpGuy this is incredible .
oh man, what a lesson. dude, I'm definitely need to watch this a couple of times, articulation , I'm trying to do most on automation.
and brilliant beat
I love LOGIC… THANKS for showing how easy this is. 👏👏🔥🔥
There are so many cool tools in Logic I never knew about. Love the videos, they help out so much. Maybe I can employ this trick in my next track.
What an intro! Good stuff!
Another solid presentation
Really appreciate your time doing this. Didn’t know about this function on Logic. Thanks so much.
this beat SLAPS dude
Incredible!
OMG that is SO COOL! You rocked it! I'm going to try this myself, I LOVE horns!
Shift + I to select the inverse, so you don't have to manually select the non legato, you can also select all the same articulation.
Brilliant! I didn't even guess Logic could do this. Thanks so much.
Interesting … I use also every time a new track for each articulation … or I use brasses from other plugins that has the ability to add lower notes that correspond with a particular articulation. Thanks for the tip here because I’m testing the internal plugins from Logic Pro … most of the time I use them to put some extras to the sound in general in combination with other plugins. Now, I want to try what I can create only with the Logic Pro plugins. Would be nice to control these articulations on the master keyboard so that you can record in real time. Maybe one important thing in your example here, … add some swelling notes , volume differences makes this more realistic … 😊
Your videos are always so helpful and appreciated, and of course well done
That was freaking awesome
First ❤️🔥🤘🏻🤘🏻
great quality easy to understand huge thanks!!!
The MusicTechHelpGuy Genius strikes again. I have to study this. You just solved my horns dillema for my Sync Licensing Music Funk Tracks.
Dang, had no idea about the multi articulation instruments in sampler. Noice.
Excellent and strangely inspiring...
Oh this is so dope I can't wait ot see what I can come with. Thanks for this...Logic gang gang gang.
