Everyday I do these 5 fitness posture to give me the perfect body for Martial Arts ability. These 5 exercises can be done at home and involve nearly every major muscle group the body has! I try NEVER to sit still for longer than an hour especially at work! Get up EVERY HOUR on the hour and these 5 workout exercises 30 seconds to 1 minute each! Get the blood moving, get the oxygen flowing, get the mojo going! Don't die behind your computer......get up and revitalize your health and youthfulness by doing these 5 postures everyday throughout the day!
1. Pushups or Pressups (Push-Ups or Press-Ups)
2. Horse Stance (Low is key)
3. Back Bridge
4. Leg Raises (Hold and Reps)
5. No Leg Pushups or "Peacock"

I bought some of your dvds and really enjoyed them. I have a question for you though. I noticed you recommend doing push ups every day as well as other exercises that could be considered a form of weight training. I had heard to build muscle and to gain strength you have to take a day off in between. Just curious your thoughts on this?

The 3rd posture, Back Bridge can be done with heels raised for a bit more challenge.
I am completely impressed! I used to take Hung Gar and I hated doing it the horse stance!! But I'm definitely going to try doing it since I've seen this video good job sir!

These exercises are excellent.Although it's bad to sit for long periods and and after an hour's sitting it's good to get up and move, doing these exercises every hour is likely to cause injury. Muscles need rest to recover and get stronger;

I did the push ups on the hour every hour at work, same with horse stance. I got in trouble for it.
Quan i do pushups every hour and i go up 5 pushups when i get used to it. for example i get used to doing 20 pushups i move on to 25. right now im at 30
I'm thinking of doing it at work. I don't think I'll get in trouble, but people will certainly think I'm weird. Oh well.

Hey Jake I can only use one arm, what should I replace the bridge with?
Finally a video where I'm already doing the exercises..... of course U gotta go and put the every hour clause into the scenario. :-) Which makes me ask a question. I have heard do Chi Kung and Tai Chi everyday. If one is feeling healthy and not 'overdoing it' is it okay to train daily or should day(s) be taken off each week or month or year...?
