- The next installment of my WW AAJ series. The AAJ is a big spend and puts out big performance. I like to continually update the viewer with erroneous information, useless mockery and a bit of ‘tude from time to time.
THANKS VERY MUCH, JIM!!!! ---- The reasons we took so long to return your jacket ... YES, we were really busy. Much more this season than ever before. But mainly, as we grow, we need to formalize the process by which we handle returns/service issues. We really don't have a formal procedure/administration for repairs, and that has to change!!! We really appreciate your kind words and of course we really appreciate that you have chosen to wear our wool!!! May you continue to wear the wool in good humor and great health!! --- Ralph
I’m going to hope for great health but good humor is absolutely necessary. Moreso now than ever. I’ll take the lack of a formal process for warranty repair as a statement of general quality and a lack of necessity. That’s just me reading between the lines. Be well!
PS - Thanks again for the watch cap. That was completely unnecessary, very appreciated, and the majority of fault lies with me for waiting to send the jacket back at the worst possible time. The customer is NOT always right. I know better.
I just interacted with Ralph, and he was wonderful to deal with. Great guy.
I’ve talked to Ralph many times and Alex a couple. Great people. The only reason I even bother to put things on UA-cam is because I liked my WW products so much.
If More companies ran their companies like Ralph and his crew life would be so much BETTER! Honesty is definitely their POLICY!
After years of dealing with WW and you couldn’t torture an unkind word out of me. Absolutely love these guys.
