The first game i’d love to play is Cyberpunk. (Maybe Fortnite OG here😂).. I’m always on the go, have had a PS5 since the release and honestly haven’t played it in 7+ months because I’m always busy. By time I get home from work or outings, I just want to be in my bed watching tv, browsing my phone, or playing games on my iPad Pro using the game pass app. I’d totally find time to play the Legion Go as my PS5 in my horror collection room and I’d like to have something to also play while I’m laying off in bed and also at work, on the plane, on a boat, etc. 😂 - Jay from Bermuda
I have one...i really like it... but there are some strange design decisions that are kind of annoying. The extension of RB all the way down the right controller makes it difficult to play without accidentally hitting RB. There's no way to disable the M1 button (which is why it's extended so long, it turns into M1). And having a big screen seems cool, but it's kind of too big. On the Ally or Deck, the smaller screens mean you can put a game in 720p and get great framerate and it still looks great, but the GO's screen is so big that if you drop the resolution, it looks like crap, but if you bump it up, it runs like crap. I have all 3 and i need some more time with the GO, but right now my hands- down favorite is the Ally
I hear ya. I have both the Ally and Go. I love the Go’s screen, but gotta use the highest upscaling methods and low game settings to enjoy it. Also I experience hand cramps more often than the Ally. That being said, I prefer it over the Ally. A more functional SD card reader was all I really wanted haha.

@@X862go I can't really tell that one is any better than the other. I tend to keep it pretty quiet unless I'm using headphones though

The first thing i would do with the Legion go is to roam around and try it in different environments, seems like the perfect device for a newborn dad like me. Perfect to fit in some small gaming sessions here and there . The first game I would play will be eso and follow up with some Torchlight 3. Really liking your content and the quality! Keep up the good work

@@Mr-moo amazingly! I’m actually enjoying the game much more now, and revisitiing some arcade shooter games (Ion assault looks AMAZING on the LG screen - also DariusBURST) I tried the FPD controller seems really solid and feels great, it can only get better with newer drivers etc !

The first game I would play in the Lenovo Legion will be Diablo 4. It will be awesome to be able to play wherever I want with great graphics and performance that no other portable console can achieve at this time.

I love all the competition for the steam deck. All it means is Valve has to step up their game. I wont jump on any of these handhelds running windows. Steam OS is simply the best way to run a handheld. I will stick with the steam deck and cant wait to see how they answer to these windows handhelds on the 2nd iteration. But please dont rush the release valve! Were loving what we already have.

Eh steam OS is janky at best ever since the updates in august at least. The masses will always prefer windows on the desktop side which is what a lot are using this device for. It’s why more people use it than any linux distro. Of course on the console side Steam can’t compete with Sony and Nintendo with the hundreds of millions of people who prefer their OS. Still the deck is a cute product hopefully it can sell 8 million units at least.
This looks awesome, like what I'd really like the Nintendo Switch to be. The first game I'd play would be Starfield. I'd love to experiment with emulators on this too!

If I had a legion go I would probably first play ratchet and clank because It is the first game I played in my ps2 in 2007 and coincidentally it is also the first game I played in my psp in 2010 (the years are approximate). So I just wanna fullfill the streak and feel a bit hit of nostalgia. Keep up the good work John

Apparently Lenovo is experimenting on making an adapter to use the detachable together as a pro controller. They have played around with a few forms, but isn't finished yet and they are waiting to see how launch goes on if they come back to it. I would think that the buyers will ask for it enough, that Lenovo will hopefully be pressed back to finish it. One of the other channels reviewing it asked about this to one of the designers and that was the answer they got. I wish I could remember which channel it was. If I can find it, I'll put it in an edit.

I am planning on picking this up and selling the rog ally. I can't wait for an open box device, lol. I'm planning on playing coral Island, lol. Really taking a break from the backlog of games. Great video.

This is the one indeed got mine the day of release and I can't put it down. Hopefully they update the drivers and legion space soon I don't want to update manually lol is rough around the edges but a great device nonetheless.
Edit: On Reddit it says Lenovo already has an update road in the coming days so I'm really hyped for that.

you can update the drivers manually if you like, but I'm waiting for lenovo to update them. They said in the coming 72 hours.
@iMakeKnviesFly As of right now, starfield does not work, and it crashes because the amd drivers are outdated. You can update the amd drivers manually to make it work if you don't want to wait for lenovo to post them

The first game I would play would be Chrono Trigger oddly enough...long story short my dad recently passed away and this was his favorite game of all time! Figured I'd try it out on this little device for the old man of mine :)
The first game I’d play is probably Red Dead Redemption 2. Being able to play a game like that on the go would be absolutely incredible. Hope to get my hands on one of these one day!

From comments, it seems Legion Go screen is a bit too big for game to run smooth and look nice at the same time compare to its smaller screen competitors. and also optimization seems not as good as steam deck, but overall not bad. If this indeed sells all right, I really look forward to potential Legion Go 2. Although I am tempted to buy Legion Go now. lol. at last, I think future software update seems will fix most problem, we'll see how much support they are willing to put into this niche products
Better question is what wouldn't I play, since it can play any Windows game.

Hi, did you test it in simple games? What minimal power draw can you get in graphicly simple games? (like visual novels or rpgmaker games?)
First thing that I would play is The Witcher 3. I purposely did not finished the game's DLCs just so I can play them on a handheld console. I waited a long time for a "Chosen one" to play on. ROG Ally wasn't my taste, but I think the Lenovo Legion Go is just what I was waiting for

Halo master chief collection, brings me back to when my dad bought me an Xbox with no games besides the one it came with jet set radio and I downloaded halo the demo and would just replay the same level over and over again.
First game I would play on Legion Go would be Starfield. It would be great specially with that 8.8” screen.

I got mines 2 days ago, haven't opened it yet..waiting for the weekend to do so, I hope it's worth the wait, I have the rog ally and thats a great device, I had to return it to get another one...and the second rog ally I've gotten works awsome even better than most consoles, so I hope the lenovo does the same or I will return it, this time I won't compromise because I already have a rog ally, but if it is great and does what is expected then I will leave the rog ally on its stand 😂
So... the screen is nice, but it's actually a portrait screen that's permanently rotated into landscape. I've run into several games that just don't run at all in the GO that run perfectly on the Ally or Deck, and it seems like it's because they are trying to output the picture into portrait and no settings will fix it. Hopefully some drivers or patches can help. I was trying to play Surge 2 and it legit just won't work at all on the GO but it runs at 60-70fps on the Ally and 30-40 fos on the Deck

i would go with my most favourite. sou-like, mecha, cyber-punk, rpg, third person. "THE SURGE" AND "THE SURGE 2"
They should make a pressure sensitive pen for it. :)
Device looks incredible, I especially like the ability to detach the controller and use it like a mouse.
But the lack of VRR is a dealbreaker for me. Which I feel is a must for a handheld like this. So i’ll stick to my ROG Ally.
But I might go with Lenovo during the next generation of these devices. I much prefer the overall design of the product on the legion vs the ally.
if you already have rog ally there is no sence to switch to Go imo. At first i thought Go is better than asus but then after some time all the pros it has becomes cons:
1. Fps mode - main feature - imo it's useless 99% of the time. You need a desk for it. You can't use it on a couch or bed. If so what's the point? why not using PC? with better performance and screen? only in case you don't have one at all. Plus it drains your battery.
2. Bigger battery - but consumption is the same cz of the bigger screen.
3. Bigger screen - see some comments above - it's either runs worse or look worse depending on resolution you pick. You don't have this issue on SD or ally. On these device games runs and look better.

I'm waiting for Lenovo and or 3rd party manufacturers to make different controllers that can hook up to it, I love the Steam Deck Haptic Pads, would love it if Valve would put out some controllers that worked with the Go
Go has Hall Effect Sensors which is the biggest sale point plus the better screen.
I think I would play all the games I missed so far.
The Witcher 3 or Skyrim for example.
Also would love to try out Guild Wars 2.

You know what I am gonna play? Division 2. Because there were all my online friends from all over the world. I lost my gaming laptop and lose contact with them for 1 years or so.. and I miss them.
Excited about it for the same reasons. Can't really game with kids around...and they're always around 😂. This is perfect for my situation.

If i get Legion Go the first game ill play is Alan Wake II , just imagen you play anywhere
the fan is loud and the speakers are trash lots of glitches on the legion space awkward menus and if you dont have a steady 60 fps you will feel the stutters. now i miss the rog ally's smooth display and awesome speakers.

Doom Eternal is perfect for these portable PCs, especially for the Legion Go with the mouse mode.

Hi Great video thanks, I got my legion go in the UK , Should i have power indicators when the unit is off, i only have power indication when the unit is on , the unit works and plays and charges , but when its off , there are no lights , is this Normal thanks >>>?????
