  • In today's video, I'm answering a question I'm always asked: why you need to get lean and jacked in order to achieve success.
Unless you're a natural-born unicorn like Elon Musk or Warren Buffett, we all have to build the skills, discipline, and confidence to become the 2.0 version of ourselves.

The average guy benefits from exercise in so many ways. And "jacked" doesn't have to mean being the biggest dude in the gym. Having an esthetic physique sets you apart everywhere you go. My $0.02.

At the gym now, getting jacked and listening. This time at the gym helps me think and strategize!

Well said Bedros. And that's exactly what the American dream is about, I believe.
People need to have the right to work towards their own happiness, without treading on each other.

Just last week . I work in drywall a 8 hour shift . On my way back to my house I got heat exhaustion. And vomit while driving to my home . Dehydrated. Weak I just took a shower and went to sleep . That experience open my eyes to reality of life. Not everything it's about money. But health. Family.

been watching the shit out of your videos bro. 17 and determined to go far with mixed martial arts. ulcerative colitis had kicked my ass for some time. now able to put all of my energy and focus away from the sickness after my surgery and the UC removal. you’ve been an important part of developing my mindset this summer after years of mountains and valleys and feeling lost regardless of how hard i work. although i’m still unhappy and unsatisfied with my current state and feel sometimes as if i have lost time to make up for, everyday is progress back in the right direction somehow in someway. thank you for the passion and love that you display to millions everyday!! bought the no more mr nice guy book after you talked about it because it seemed to directly apply to me, happy to have found your page
