This is the best review of the 450RL on a motocross track I've ever seen. I hope to see more. I'm a casual rider that may need to ride to a track location. I'm not a racer, but the 450RL seems to do fine on a VET track and clear the jumps with a good rider.

Super informative even if my bike will never see that kind of ownership while I own it. Learned a lot.

Great riding! I'm impressed!! What can't the 450 RL do?

Yes it really does well in both motocross, enduro and of course streets (being a 450), but probably skimming supercross whoops it wouldn't do well without suspension upgrades - like any stock bike.. 😀

Great vid. Lots of useful info. I'm 51 and just got a used 450l. Need a new car, but decided to buy a fourth bike 😁. What do you think is a rough, good suspension starting point for a 78 kg rider (without gear). You sound very knowledgeable and I could save some "life time". Cheers in advance.

OK cool, good choice to get a 4th bike haha.. My recommendation is simple. For enduro and trails go all the way out, counter clock wise on all clickers, except shock rebound (this I would go 10 clicks out)

How do you compare this bike to the ktm 500?

Good question! I will do a review and comparison once I get a chance to ride a KTM 500
