Ok I'm late but maybe you might need this info still or in the future. If you go to settings and connections or about phone there should be a option usually at the very bottom that says network unlock. Select that and then request permanent unlock or permanent unlock or unlock device. Each phone is different so it may say any of those choices or the network unlock option may be in either of those spots or under where your phone says Internet/Internet Connections. Go into your settings and check those spots or if you still can't find the network unlock option then click each and every place under settings or click where it says search in your device settings and type network unlock and it will bring up the results so you can just click to take you there. If it's not anywhere in there then contact the mobile service provider that the phone is locked to they may have to do it on their end.
What the hell did I just watch? Some obvious information and then I had to actually listen to some rap crap at the end? What a waste of my life
