Love this, Jenny you are truly an awesome and talented agent!!
I wonder after 1 year what you'd say ? The winter roads ? The " health care " ? The smell on the north end ? Sure is beautiful, but that's aboot it ....
We just moved from Ottawa to NB and are loving it!!
It's a beautiful place to live and raise a family. We have been here for 3 years and LOVE it :)
Excellent Video! Thanks Jenny. As a latino living in New Brunswick during the last five years I agree with what Jenny says in this video.
Thanks so much Raydelto! New Brunswick is truly a beautiful place to live in ❤️😊⚓️
@@rps1689 I respect your views and thank you for your comment. However, this is why the video is about mine and my family's experience in NB and what "we" love about it. The beauty is that everyone sees it differently, most love it, but everyone is different and they definitely need to experience it for themselves.
Awesome!!👍
Great
All great reasons...and welcome! 😎

This year we were able to drive her and do some site seeing. We really liked it!
Aw Mount Allison! Only the BEST undergrad university in Canada 😊 The university adds so much life to our sweet little town of Sackville. I think your daughter will really enjoy being here. Keep coming that you guys will continue to fall in love with NB! 😊⚓️
No Dr's, long waits ... if you need a dr try moving to NS , it's a lot more expensive though...

Hey Jenny. Thanks for the video, My wife, kids and I are thinking about moving out that way - to Moncton. Obviously, it's a massive decision. Cost of living would set up our kids for better futures, than currently here in Hamilton. One question, please? How are insurance rates for homes compared to back in Ontario?
I am moving to moncton in may. I ll meet u for sure
Hi Bal! I’m sure you will love Moncton! 🙂
Great video Jenny, great insight on New Brunswick!
Thanks so much Dan! 🙏
Hi applying for Master at Crandall for Sep intake. This helps me a lot to choose NB. Hope will find also place to stay as international student😊
Thanks for watching and best of luck with your university application! Rentals can be hard to find so I suggest that once your application is confirmed, you start looking for a rental right away :)
Claiming to live here soon! Thanks for this informative video Ms. Jenny!
Thanks Jems! We have loved living in New Brunswick, it’s a beautiful and calm place 🙂
Nice video!!
But pls share your findings on local transportation.
Hi Puneet, Saint John, Moncton, and Fredericton are the only New Brunswick cities with city bus systems. Saint John’s inter-city buses operate between 6:00 a.m. and midnight, while Fredericton’s 28 buses travel along nine different routes between Monday and Saturday. Moncton’s Codiac Transit operates seven days a week with an express bus making regular 15-minute runs between the Northwest Centre and Champlain Place, but service is limited on Sundays. I live outside of Moncton and do require a car to travel to most places.
@@JennyCelly thanks a ton Jenny!!
@@puneetparashar1024 you’re very welcome 🙂
Thank you for this uplifting video. I'm a newcomer to Moncton. Would you please recommend a living area?
Hi Ayoub! Welcome! Moncton has great areas, it all depends what amenities you want to be near - bus routes, parks, schools, etc. Happy to help. You can send me an email if you’d like.
@@JennyCelly thank you. I definitely will.
Heey this is beautiful I am a Kenyan always wanted to migrate to Canada looking for places that are affordable with my family.. Thanks for the video
It's truly a beautiful place. Thanks Kaby!
Hey I am from Pakistan your videos so good very informative videos keep it up. I really appreciate... Please tell me about Fredericton...
💯💚💯
Thank you! I will definitely take your suggestion and do a video about Fredericton in the future :)
@@JennyCelly thanks allot 💚💚💚
Such a great video Jenny! I loved the b roll of your family actually doing the activities, as well as highlighting your points all the way through. I've been wanting to see the east coast for years, and even though I lived in Ottawa for 8 years, I only ever made it as far as Quebec City.
My family and I are excited to make it out that way in the coming years though, as good friends of ours live in Nova Scotia, just outside of Halifax.
Thanks so much for your kind comment! You guys definitely have to come check out the beautiful East coast of Canada! Halifax is beautiful as well. Not sure you guys will want to leave after visiting 😉😁⚓️⛵️
@@JennyCelly Hah! I'll make sure to book a round trip ticket. My kitty cat might not like being abandoned on the west coast 😝
@@LivinginPrinceGeorge I’m sure she’ll love life in the East Coast too haha! 🐈

Hey, contemplating moving to NB from the Caribbean. I have my own house here and accustomed to building rather than buy a home. Is it problematic to get permits for building? Is it even cheaper purchase land to build?
Not problematic to residentially build however land within city limits is not cheaper
Hey! Thank you for sharing.
Is there a way that you can help me to find more information about colleges that offers courses routed to physical therapy? Thank you I would appreciate your help.
Hi Erika! Here’s a link to Moncton’s College of Physiotherapy. Best of luck!

Hi Jenny, I loved this video. What would your advice be for a newcomer, heading to college with a family? You mention you’re in real estate, do you assist with rentals as well? Thank you for any feedback you can give.
How much is 2 bedroom apartment in new Brunswick
Hi Pat, anywhere from $1200-$1500 depending on location and condition of the home.
Hi, new Brunswick is the Atlantic province I've thought to inmigrate some day especially 'cause I love the idea of learning not only English but french too, as you can see I don't know how to speak English well, but I've known new Brunswick is the only one province officially bilingual, so definitely my husband and I are gonna be able to learn them both English and French. And being us some latinamerican people and being Spanish speakers it could be good I guess.
BUT I'D LIKE YOU TO TELL ME PLEASE IF IN NEW BRUNSWICK THERE ARE SOME COLLEGE TO STUDY SOMETHING LIKE CARING ANIMAL TECHNICIAN OR VETERINARIAN TECHNICIAN, (that's what my husband's brother wants to study in a college or could be something into construction building works 'cause he's worked in both, and he's thinking to go to study some of that in a college, but my husband likes filming what he'd really love to study is filming I mean to study in a film and television school, but he say to me he hasn't seen any filming school in New Brunswick, and I'd like to study a tecnic diploma in arquitectura or similar. COULD YOU OR SOME ONE TELL US IF THERE ARE COLLEGES TO GET STUDIES IN THOSE AREAS? AND THERE ARE OPPORTUNITIES TO GET SOME WORKS INTO THOSE AREAS IN N.B? I ASK ABOUT IT BECAUSE ALL OF WE ARE THINKING TO GO TO STUDY, GET A PGWP AND GETTING THE PERMANENT RESIDENCE, BUT WE FIRST WANT TO KNOW WHAT WE CAN EXPECT TO FIND IN N.B. BY THE WAY MY HUSBAND AND I ARE 45 AND 46 MY BROTHER IN LAW 38. I'LL BE WAITING YOUR ANSWER TO BE CLEARLIER ABOUT WHAT TO DO. THANKS FOR ANSWERING I HOPE YOU DO IT AS SOON AS POSIBLE
Hi Cristina, thank you for your message. New Brunswick has eight chartered universities, four public universities and five colleges. As for Veterinarian programs you would have to search online or contact them directly to see if they offer this program. I did an online search and it seems the closest university to offer that program would be in PEI. Again though, please contact the universities directly as they might offer more recent, accurate info. All the best with your move! 🙂
Hi...can get Job easily ?

Grocery stores refusing non vaxxed people is a great reason NOT to move to NB,
Hi Mike, I’m not sure where you got that information from but it is terribly wrong. Anyone can go into a grocery store, whether vaccinated or not, as long as they wear a mask and maintain physical distancing. You can get all the details at www2.gnb.ca
