At a certain point Dan Majerle is going to start pulling threes from “Curry” range. Because it isn’t Curry range, it is Majerle range, he was the first guy to regularly pull from 28-30 feet and hit volume threes, Curry didn’t invent that, he was watching while his dad was in the league and that’s where he got the idea to learn to shoot at that range from. One game in this series Majerle hits like 8 threes in a triple OT thriller. You’ll love that game. You’re a sharp guy you’ve probably noticed the “Positionless” archetypes like Pippen and Sam Perkins etc that defy the traditional “limits” of their roles and which led to the modern player.

Thats why they called him "thunder" dan right? not cuz he was banging dunks. cuz he was booming 3s from half court is what I remember.. he could boom dunks too tho from what I recall but it was them long range 3s man.

Wish you would also do the eastern conference playoffs (highlights from each round at least) to show what the bulls journey was to get to each finals.

The ECF in this 1993 playoffs was something special, one heck of a series, game 5 is still one of the best I've ever watched.

he should react to 92 and 93 knicks vs bulls.

After battling the Knicks, the Suns were a cake walk for the Bulls. I wonder if the Knicks would have beaten the Suns? That would have been interesting. The Knicks won 60 and the Suns had the league's best record with 62 wins. The Knicks had the best defense, the Suns had the best offense.

Neal, you love Pippen so much, you should checkout the Western Conference Finals when he was the man leading the Portland Trailblazers vs the Lakers. Although, the Lakers had some help from the refs. Pippen in 1994 had a chance to lead the Bulls without MJ and he did a fine job. But he is definitely not a #1 he is a perfect complement to a star. Pippen does not score enough to carry a team. He may have been the best supporting player in history but not the primary guy.

i'm enjoying this a lot. When your done with this series, can you do the 1993 Bulls vs Knicks semi-conference finals? This series was intense and the Knicks had a great chance of beating the bulls.

If the Knicks played them in the Finals, which team wins? Knicks had the best defense, Suns had the best offense.

@@williamwalsh1533 I think the Knicks win, with one game being a blow out win by the suns in Phoenix. I think defense beats offense in the playoffs.
