It's refreshing to watch these kind of anime , other slice of Life anime are over exaggerated teen romance with not much emotion but this, every character has development even yokai, what i love about this particular yokai series is that the yokai at first glance seem scary and dangerous but when you get to know them they're kind and have their own reasons to do what they do.
I like the scene when a huge yokai passed by at the train station and Matoba covered Natsume with a blaket and told him to stay silent. Its really something and i love it tho the scene only contains that.
