I adore him, he starts out as a very unreadable character, an exorcist with unclear motives, then switches to babying Natsume, his weird sparkly stranger danger act that at one point one comes to understand stems from him having basicly no clue in the slightest how to interact with people so he just reuses lines and actions from his movieroles . . . . all the impressivness of him being an adult, a great movie star and acomplished, way more experienced with dealing with yokai exorcist melts away under the sheer socialy awkwardness and the fact, that he is kind of a fanboy for Natsume himself

I keep thinking if I meet this man irl, I'd uppercut him, but I'd be damned if I don't think his character isn't hilarious. He's basically the pretty comedic relief in this story
Natori is such a funny character, he's like this cool actor and exorcist from a famous family, all the women love him. But at the same time, he's a goofy sparkly 23 year old, who's closest friend is a teenager with a talking cat, and he lives alone in an apartment with an empty fridge XD.
he is just really really awkward, dont get me wrong, I love him for the big brother trying to protect and help Natsume part of his character . . . but he is even more socialy inept then natsume and it is both sad and hilarious . . .

I need to get back into it a little, I've been trying to learn digital art too, so don't have as much time lately, but I do plan to go back to it, I still watch japanese vocabulary videos and make notes of phrases, and vocabulary. I know this sounds sad too, but it's surprising how many words you can pick up from anime and from translating songs too, I wouldn't always trust phrases as suitable for use though, but individual words for places, feelings, things, jobs etc are quite good😄.
