@rakshakrambo7250 people prefer automatic cars. In today's traffic conditions they are very comfortable to drive. We have to take some precautions. My car has not given me any trouble. Though repair is costly.
Auto journalists show various types of automatic transmissions but none tell its correct usage. Practically this is the video people need to see who envisage on buying an automatic car.
I had the bad experience of battery dying in an automatic and not knowing about it much like others bystanders but thankfully i was at a petrol station, though it wasnt of much help but my family was safe in the night atleast! Another issue that i would like to mention is that it is difficult if your tyre gets punctured and you have an automatic, many tyre change people wouldnt know how to take the tyre off for an automatic! It was a cumbersome thing i experienced in middle of nowhere while it happened and the tyre wala was in surprise at his inability to remove the tyre too.
Sir..! After watching a lot of your videos..!! I would like to buy a Automatic transmission vehicle...!! Thnx so much.. sir..!! For providing amazing knowledge.....!!
From the outside, the Exter looks like the best option as a first-family car. But that’s not the case. Here are three reasons why you shouldn’t get one: First, the suspension. It’s not ready for heavy loads. If you are travelling with just two people on board, it will deal fine with potholes and speed breakers. But with a full load on board, it starts to crash through the same surfaces and feels uncomfortable. Second is the comfort factor. The Exter is tall and has a lot of space, but it doesn’t feel as comfy for longer drives. The seats are set low-both front and back-so it feels more like a hatchback than an SUV. Also, the boot space figure is massive on paper-in practice, it is like any small hatch-two suitcases. Third, the engine is not punchy enough. The Exter's 1.2-litre four-cylinder refinement is excellent-it's also responsive for city use. But when you want to drive faster or are travelling with your family up mountains, the engine will feel lethargic.
One thing he missed....whenever you reach your destination, before switching off the ignition, put the car in Neutral first and then after few second shift to Park Mode. Many people just shift from D to P. This will impact transmission.
Gagan's videos on guiding 1st time car buyer helped me a lot, Brought my first Car (Swift AMT) in oct 2020. I saved myself a good 45K by just being aware and alert while speaking with the showroom salesman.
That's not what he meant... Buying an automatic is a great choice in this modern era.. He just said some warning and precautions... There are same problems similar to this in manual too... If you are buying a good automatic car then go for it don't cancel it because he said some precautions

This was really, really important information that you’ve shared with us. It appears that for Indian conditions, one should not go for automatic transmission car. Manual transmission is far better than any other.
I think when we stop at a red light the dct automatically disengages the clutch from the transmission as good as neutral so no need to put in neutral....is it right.
