I have a 2006 Chevy Silverado and I hope the blower motor on it is as easy to replace as the one you show. You didn't mention what model it is. I had to remove the one from a 1999 Dodge Ram a few years ago and it was about as difficult as they could make it. There were three small screws to remove and only one of them was visible and the other two were reached by feel only. Getting them back in was nothing but pain and cussing.

What if its the relay , how would you know ?...on my 08 g8 it was the relay. Now on my 08 silverado it doesn't blow any air sometimes especially when idling/park
You check for voltage at the blower. Turn the fan speed to the highest setting. If you have 12V at the blower and it doesn't work, it's the blower. If you don't have voltage, check the resistor pack.
