- The ODA Committee held this November 24, 1998 news conference at the Ontario Legislature, Queen’s Park, moderated by its co-chair David Lepofsky. It addressed the 3-page Ontarians with Disabilities Act which the Mike Harris Conservative Government had introduced into the Legislature the previous day. That widely-condemned bill died on the order paper days later.
