EVERYONE PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WITH HAMSTER FURNITURE MADE FROM POPSICLES. A while back I made a piece of furniture for my robo hamster using popsicles, the next morning I found my hamster dangling from it and there was blood everywhere. Her tail had gotten stuck between two popsicles. I had no idea how because the popsicles had been very closely glued together. I had to break it and she was limping and very bloody. I took her to the vet and they have her antibiotics and said that her tail had been broken and needed to be cut off. She sprained her leg too. Now she's a tail - less hamster and she suffered a lot. Please be careful. :(

I'm sorry to hear about that. These would/are considered novelty items for pets and really should only be used when you can monitor them unless you seal it and make sure there is nothing they could get stuck on. Even then, as cute as these are, I would only leave your hamster with factory designed and tested hamster-safe items, such as a running wheel or a housing/tubing complex.

Gizzi Hamster She gave off a list of glues you can use. And she mentioned Elmers. As long as it is non-toxic it will be safe for your pet.
