They have a chat feature on their website but it has not functioned for the past seven days. They advertise they will respond to an email in 24 hours. Have sent several in the past week and no response. ( yes, I checked junk mail)Also, you have to pay return shipping on reflex bag unit if they approve return. Cheapest return I have found is USPS for $91. If anyone has any suggestions on contacting Vali, let me know.
Hmmm it’s hard for me to say without seeing the bag, but I would say to make sure the screws on the bag are tight, and try to make sure the base is sitting on a totally flat surface. Other than that just keep working on the technique and try to make sure your punches are connecting right down the center on a straight line. Hope this helps!

I tried working some on my old 9-Round. Once you have used a FR bag you can't go back to anything slower !
