Is there supposed to be a bit of vibration in the bag? I notice that on mine being the elite pro so the bag doesn’t feel as responsive and i have the bladder right in the center and tried setting a bit higher and lower, right now i got the seam right at the top of the white cone.

I bought the Black Mamba 50 days ago and requested a refund because it never arrived. Instead, they blocked me on Instagram and Facebook. They took the money but never sent the product-basically a scam. The craziest part is that they told me, 'It's your fault for not being patient.' I don't know how it works in the US, but in Spain, we don't accept this kind of behavior. I'll keep fighting to get my money back.
