Great tutorial! This really helped me understand how to set up and run molecular dynamics simulations in SAMSON. The step-by-step guide was easy to follow. Keep up the good work!
I want to perform MD simulation of protein and ligand complex. Ur video helped me alot in my research, are u going to make a video on MD SIMULATION of protein ligand complex? It will really helpful for us, as downloading gromacs and other softwares are tough to understand
Dear Maria, yes i will cover the incorporation of ligand through SAMSON. After that I will also cover simulation and analysis part using Google Colab. So stay connected for future updates. Also I am happy that these videos are genuinely helping students.
You can run SAMSON, on normal PC, with minimum RAM of 4 GB. To run simulation, you must have GPU installed on your system. The more powerful GPU installed the easier to handle such jobs. Along side GPU, a higher RAM is preferred, minimum 32 GBs. Such systems are normally called workstations :-).

U r welcome
love this video
Thank you for appreciation.
Thank u for the great tutorial, plz we need video on how to analyze the results , jazak allah kheer
Soon inshAllah
Thanks for the wonderful tutorial. Is it possible to perform MD for studying peptide or protein folding on artificial membrane using SAMSON?
Yes, you can build a membrane and perform simulation. I will look to it for a tutorial video.
@ Great! Looking forward to the video in future! Thank you!!
