Earth, Wind & Fire are one of the most dynamic and creative funk bands to come out of the seventies and also one of the most successful. The group was led by Maurice White and this new DVD & CD release captures them on stage in Japan in1990 during the last tour that Maurice made with the group following the release of the "Heritage" album. Spectacularly staged as ever, the concert features all their best loved songs.
The DVD is out now and includes the hits "Let's Groove", "September", "System Of Survival", "Fantasy", "After The Love Has Gone", "Shining Star", and more.

I am so sad about the passing of this fabulous legend and musician. I have loved Earth, Wind and Fire for many years....their music is legendary ~ no one else like them! Maurice was one-of-a-kind and we will all miss him. R.I.P. Maurice ~ may you perform forever ~ a 'Shining Star'.
Songs of this generation doesn't last for more than a year. Songs of 70s and 80s are simply just immortal!

Earth wind and fire let's groove. I bought the album in1981 I had just graduated from high school and I took that album with me to every party I know of or heard of in town. And the album guaranteed my entry to the ones that I had no invitations to..man those were da days when it was real cool to wear very nice menswear from Milan Italy and listen to enjoyable grooves at the same time.
All these years later and I still love this song! Great groove and an awesome melody line!

This song goes from generation to generation! My parents love this song, and I love it too! I remember during PE class, one group used this as their song for line dancing, and I don't know how it matched, but it was awesome. This song is awesome.

I'll tell you something. I may be only 19 but this is by far an amazing song and an amazing group. definitely my go too song when i'm in any type of mood. It's a good song for a pick me up and the energy this song and group puts out is INCREDIBLE. My personal opinion but the bands of today can't come near the energy Earth, Wind and Fire put out. Granted I like the bands of today but Bands from the time Of Earth Wind and Fire definitely put more work and more energy into there music. Again this is just an opinion.
