3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Mustard
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tbsp Gurkin Juice
3 Gurkin’s Chopped
1 Tsp White pepper
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp White Vinegar
300g Beef Mice
Pinch Salt
Pinch Pepper
2 Burger Buns (with Sesame Seeds)
Half a White Onion
Half Ice Berg Lettuce
1 America Cheese Slice
4 Pickels

That’s not Big Mac sauce. Big Mac sauce is pink. Also you never season a patty before you form it it dries the fat content out from inside the patty the seasoning for a patty should be only on the top and bottom of it so you can build a crust on the burger and it stays juicy inside
