Hi Catherine, I put the angel on a piece of paper, spray it with hair spray and let it dry. It's easy and fast for me. But I rarely do the stiffen part. I added a halo on mine. Start on the neckline make a chain that will go to the other side of neckline. I then added a 15 sc chain to hook to hang.
