Good information. I just received my Hohem Gimbal i love it. Makes pictures and videos very cinematic and much added WOW factor! like the movies
1st one would not upggrade firmware or change modes. 2nd one was the old model I bought by accident. 3rd time's the charm. Everything is working great, I love it.
I am Jeff from Massachusetts and I am disabled...I recently tested 1 out last weekend and I LOVED IT...Quick question 4 ya...What would u recommend on a gimbal 4 me that is lightweight but easy not stressful 4 a rookie like me? I love vlogging but I’m getting tired of buying equipment that I keep losing parts to…I have a joby telephoto stick and I lost my remote button…It’s a easy fix but it would b kool if I stepped my game up...I have short arms and can't handle heavy things...If I get some gimbal weather its Hohem or anybody else, Can I just find my sweet spot and lock the phone size/angle into position so I don't have to resize unsize everytime? Squeezing and locking might be tough...Thanxs!
I'm about to buy this gimbal but, I'd like to know if my intention is to use it with my Iphone 14 pro max and the 3rd party Filmic Pro app, will I still be able to press the record button on the gimbal to start video recording with the Filmic Pro Camera app even though the App doesn't support the Hohem Isteady Mobille plus gimbal? or the only way to record video is through the Hohem JoyApp?
And secondly, does the V & high five gesture work with the rear camera too or it only works with the front-facing camera?
Lastly, do you guys ever thought of cooperating with Filmi Pro to make the gimbal fully compatible with Filmic just like DJI & other brands did?
I have this gimbal, use it with a Samsung Note10 plus and I really recommend it. It is very flexible, easy to use and you can get great video footage. The battery lasts a long time too. It's lightweight and easy to store. My wife has the smaller Hohem iSteady X2 that can fit in her bag or pocket. Not as much range of movement as the bigger one but very good for carrying easily and it has some built in effects too. Definitely recommend either depending on what you need.
I have a note 10 plus too, but I can't be alle to use it. Quality of photos are worst: very small and bed resolution.

Do you take pictures with this gimbal? I loose very much and pics are in a small format
@@50SfumaturediViaggio I use it more for video than photos and I get full 4k video. Now, I will say I don't use the Hohem app, I always use the Samsung controlls as there are more options and also I can use the pro mode which you can set your own brightness, ISO etc. I have never used the Hohem app even once. My wife uses it on the smaller iSteady gimbal but also for video and also uses the Samsung photo apps. Sorry I can't answer your question my friend.

@@50SfumaturediViaggio No problem my friend, you're very welcome. Just open your Samsung camera app first, put the phone in the gimbal, and power on the gimbal and you can use the on screen Samsung controls. You don't even need to connect the phone to the gimbal via Bluetooth if I remember correctly, it's a while since I used it due to too much work! but, it is late here so if you have any problems, let me know and tomorrow I will set it up and let you know if I have missed any steps. 👍

Hi. Thanks for the video. It was very useful for getting iSteady Mobile Plus up and running. But, after the first shots, I noticed that the quality of the film is extraordinary, but there is an annoying sound in the background. After several filming tests with and without a gimbal, I concluded that the sound comes from the gimbal!
How can we fix this? Has anyone else had this problem?

Hello. In the new isteady mobile + 2024 on the hohem joy app is not possible to add start and end point in motion hyperlapse. Do you know a way to do it? And is possible to use it with a gopro?

Hi, support team, just purchased this as my first gimbal, sadly upon first setup and use, the gimbal's stabilization is working but the joystick and modes button is not working, even the subject tracking is not working, is there a reset button or combination of buttons that will fix this, The unit is brand new and sealed and purchased from an authorized online store, sadly their contact support are not responding to my inquiries, maybe due to traffic or congestions... thanks

Hello, could you help me? My brother-in-law bought one and it worked super well, mine I used 2x and it doesn't want to turn it on anymore, I press the power button and off it turns on the light to turn on and when I release it turns off it doesn't hold ... 😢😢😢
I mistakenly pressed the power button while phone was not mounted on gimbal. Would this damage my gimbal?

I purchased a Hohem Isteady mobile +. It doesn't have mode lights. doesn't have a USB C charge port and doesn't do vortex. Is Hohem fleecing it's customers by putting substandard models on the market? Is there a difference between isteady mobile plus AND isteady mobile+?Purchased from amazon. I plan to return it. Can't trust a company which sells half branded products to confuse the public.

He comprado el steady mobile + en amazon y tengo el mismo problema. He hecho la calibracion desde la app y parece que se ha ajustado por ahora pero en otros videos he visto que el problema no se resuelve. Ademas aunque si son parecidos me he dado cuenta que he comprado la version anterior que no tiene las mismas funcionalidades y la app es diferente y pobre. Saludos
@@ManuelC-pe8cl hola me pasó lo mismo, compre un gimbal version anterior, pero lo devolvi a Amazon y me compre el mas reciente, es un poco mas caro, pero tiene mejor aplicación y se nivela mejor.

While I am able to connect via Bluetooth to the "iSteady Mobile+ App" - I cannot connect to the "HOHEM Joy App" ... which has all the "Updated added features" that you reference in your video - i.e:
"Face & Object Tracking
"Video Resolution" options
"Zoom / Telephoto" options
"Beauty" options
"Gesture" options; and
MOMENT OPTION: Inception, Panoramic, Smart Motion, Fantastic ... etc.

Ok. I ordered a isteady mobile + from Amazon.. I got one. But not the one in this video. It doesn't have mode lights. it doesn't have a USB c port but has a micro USB port. So Hohem are deceiving us or they owe us an explanation. I will keep posting this everywhere so that people know this and or Hohem contact me and fix the issue.

Hello, could you pls tell me when did you buy the Hohem isteady mobile+? If yours is not the 2022 version, then the app is Hohem gimbal.

@@arvindh13 Hey I mean the Mobile plus has two versions, one is the 2022 newest, and the other is the original. The time you bought is not the way to recognize the gimbal, you'd better contact us at service@hohem.com with more details including the QR code in the gimbal arm.
