Hands-down the best video on this product. You just saved the company a return I was going bonkers on how to get this damn product stabilized. You were the only one that didn’t act like it just happened when it came out of the box. You showing that it had to be even between the braces was exactly what I needed thank you thank you!!!!

I bought one online an i thought it was broken. Its kept doing its own thing when powered on but i had it upside down the whole time. That orientation knowledge was golden for me. Works perfect now

Thank you for this! I was losing my mind figuring out how to balance this thing. Great tutorial. I also vote for the goose to make a cameo in every vid.
It appeared to be perfect. When I put my Note on it with its protective Spigen case, the motor kept "giving up" and the phone would sag/drop. I had to reboot (power on & then off) the device, reconnect it to the Bluetooth, and try again. I never got it to work like I liked. Here was a lot of hassle and when you're filming you son play football, you need to be ready at all time. I decided to send it back. Build quality is good. No joystick action with the action button. Will borrow another brand from a buddy and see if that can hold up my big-as* phone.
Great. I was starting to get annoyed at not being able to make it do what I wanted. It's not rocket science but this video made it all click for me. Much obliged.
Mine hasn't arrived yet, but a little research goes a long way, @6:22 The zoom part you mentioned is just the basic mode (a quick finder to get you started), you can get smooth zoom to work with the app. As most have mentioned excellent vid, which I have saved for future watches, like the other parts to this, so thanks for this vid, very informative.
Just got one of these for Christmas. I know it's more of a phone gimbal but I'm going to try and use it with my GoPro Hero 7 Black with Hypersmooth. The instructions in the box are useless, thanks for a very informative tutorial man!!

Great tutorial. I have suggestions for further tutorial. 1. Camparison of using Zhiyun app vs Built in Camera vs. 3rd Party Camera apps. 2. What mode works best for what situation? Sports/Hiking/etc. Great job keep up the great work.

After 2 year of having smooth Q and keep it in the bag because I couldn't figure how to balance it! now I can use it finally. BIG THANK FOR YOU.
This was really helpful. A lot of people said it wouldn't work with the note 10+, but This mount still works with the Samsung Note 10+

ok havent figured out yet but this is by far the best explanation on how to calibrate. at least now its not beating itselt against it's handle anymore
