  • 🔔 Pickled green peppers. (1T=rice spoon)
    1.5kg green peppers, 2T vinegar, 110g + 1T (10g) salt, 80g sugar, 200ml soju, 300ml + 200ml starch syrup.

    1. Wash the green peppers.
    2. Spread them in a sieve for 2~3 hours.
    3. Wipe off any remaining moisture.
    4. Prepare the green peppers.
    5. Layer 1.5kg green peppers, 110g salt, and 80g sugar in a container.
    6. Sprinkle 200ml soju, 300ml starch syrup, and 1T (10g) salt evenly on top. 7. Press with a press plate, close the lid, and leave at room temperature for 3 days.
    8. Flip it over after 3 days.
    Close the lid and leave at room temperature for 3 days.
    9. Flip it over after 3 days.

    10. After 3 days, transfer it to a container of the appropriate size.
