Yep, just had a 180e installed in 30X40' single story home. Looks like the inside of a Russian submarine ! Gives out hot water ! I have a two zone system. Former was an oil system in a crawl space (4 ' high) and the furnace area was dug down another 2 feet. And that's where all the water from rain storms collected. Can't count the number of times the sump pump failed due to this or that kicking out the furnace. Had gas lines installed in our town. Made the switch due to the 55 year old oil tank in the crawl space too. This is in the upstairs, so no more rain problems. Our company installed plastic pipes, they seem to replace every pipe to the baseboard heaters. Heating pipes are 55 years old too. My condensation pump is over the ceiling into my laundry sink. Yours is just went out the wall.
I have been looking for a video that explains clearly and in detail how the zones and thermostats are connected on the navien ncb-240/110h(ng) and have not found anything. Please someone give the link to the correct video
What we charge is what it costs our company to cover its expenses and make a profit. So you should know your company’s costs then decide what you need to make a profit.
It all depends on how MUCH profit, I know how a business works, been in it for 40 years, IF you were not ashamed of that price you should give the real cost of these jobs......WHY NOT? @@PlumbRalph
if the HVAC tech sees that you have a lot of money and brings 5 helpers with him and arrives in a van with toolbox mortgage the house so you can pay him. Otherwise do it yourself.

Beautiful work
i always wonder why you dont need flo checks for multi zone on the pumps
Those Taco 007e circulator pumps have an internal flow check.

As a Navien Certified contractor you have to attend there training classes. It’s worth the time.
👍👍
It seems nobody wants to tell anybody how much they charge for this work, I can only guess why.
