I'm actually an herbalist by profession so I'm looking forward to adding this to my collection. Plants are very revealing as to the underlying laws of nature.. I love how the roots represents the earth element while the stem carries the water element up into the leaves which is symbolic of the element of air while the flowers are symbols of the radiant fire which carries the seed of earth to begin the cycle again.. So beautiful..can't wait to get my copy..
Cheers Denis and thanks for the recommendation !

I'm currently reading this wonderful, nurturing book! I was surprised at the price too, for something so stunning and well put together. The art work is like slicing the veil and spying a part of the cosmos you never knew was there, I really can't believe the price isn't higher just due to the art. I would love an oracle deck with Fiona's art. They are definitely both very experienced as you say and this book is a gem 😊

    This channel is amazing! Question
From all the books you know. Witch one if the one you consider has magic or rituals that they work for real ?

The Gallery of Magick books (best read in their Kindle version on a tablet for colours )

Bruce, plants have their own powers, some heal, some kill and some show you other worlds, you know this. On the flipside, with magick, your magick prowess is what's dependent on that. Certain herbs have been used for thousands of years in ritual because the energies they have naturally click with what you are trying to accomplish. It's just that now-a-days people seem to think that the plants do all the magick and that's not really true. Plants can change your perception and also they can hold certain energies just like certain metals. The same metals that were used in the goetia were also used by old alchemical magicians and in very old English grimmoires. The is a certain frequency to the planets that can be seen in the ultraviolet spectrum. The golden dawn knew this too because they noted the corresponding colors like Saturn black with pink specks (this can be seen emanating with equipment now). Lead also has black with some pink specks, it also has those properties and the same with corresponding planets and their corresponding metals. The metals hold energies better than wood, or other materials and some plants naturally hold these energies. How all the ancients knew this is beyond me, but they were alot wiser than most think. Another weird thing that I think I rediscovered is that solomons black handled knife is made in aries on a saturn day and hour, or saturn transit (preferably), the instructions are to make the blade glow red two or three times. We do that in knife making and check the metal with a magnet now to make sure that the metals molecules are at a certain pliability because it literally takes on a new structure of metallic molecule and they become knew molecules. It's called birthing the molecules I think. The point is that if you do that during a certain transit then you are rebirthing the molecules with that transits energies and also using corresponding plants (hemlock which is saturnian and poisonous) and black cat's blood... Black is saturnian, also they are in a black fur coat all of their lives and so they collect or absorb all the energy around them. Esoteric groups have known this for thousands of years white keeps energy out and black absorbs everything....Anyways. Finding good books on real plant properties is hard these days. Best to get very old grimmoires like agrippas three books of occult philosophy. Not all the knowledge in there is super correct and some of it is and is very priceless.

It's a pretty book, but without knowing ehat the plants are, or what they do, or if there is some spiritual knowledge to the plants themselves, I don't know it would mean much to me. That's coming from someone that studied botany and ethnobotany for years when I was young. I was so in love with plants and their properties that I got a job at a plant nursery. Cool book though. Not sure what all of them are. Wild garlic grows everywhere here in missouri. One of the other pictures looked like lemon balm maybe. And goldenseal? Anyways. Yea
