Like, it's either a rock hard solid or burn your face off liquid. And that they start off as these tree logs and a rolled down into size? Insane! Thanks for teaching us something new!

I learned this years ago in culinary school & I give props to these guys for doing this all day cause it’s a lot of hard work. I know over time you create a sort of tolerance to all the muscle pain involved in pulling candy, but just watching it is making my arms hurt 😅

The table has a water system that heats it up to 70° just enough for good texture and easy rolling
