Where I’m at by Lloyd Banks feat Eminem or My Darling by Eminem
When he says “ imma finish u in a minute “ - em’s verse exacly ends after one minute
Damn
holy shit it actually does
Daaaamn
ua-cam.com/video/whY4EeZZW18/v-deo.html
That’s crazy I’ve seen a couple of these time things throughout his songs that he does
If Wayne wrote a poem Eminem wrote an essay. Both are amazing in different ways.
Damn. I love this analogy💯‼
Never heard it tha way. Perfect analogy
Fantastic way to phrase it. Thanks for sharing it ❤
Wayne’s verse was poetic af
Facts
@@initialjah4316 yeah I keep listening to the song just for Wayne’s verse. Em goes hard but I’ve never ever heard Wayne go so hard before. I guess “Mirror” Wayne Ft . Bruno Mars comes a close next in best verses from him.
It's kinda rare for him right?
@@jorizzblason_ not really ... like Wayne can be lyrical but I guess he is known to slur and rap with a southern drawl which a bunch of nobody’s started to bite .
@@initialjah4316 drop the world has a nice Wayne verse
"I don't go around fire expecting not to sweat" he's referencing that he is aware of who he's on a track with and he knows that Em is going to come with the fire bars and that he has to bring his A game to match it.
Oh shit..
Nice bruv..really nice
That is not what Wayne saying he’s basically saying he knows what he’s doing when doing it…. just like the saying “if you can’t stand the heat stay out the kitchen” that is actually self explanatory. “I know what I’m doing”
BOOM 💣 💥 great catch
Lil Wayne did match it!!
Honestly, I think Weezy's ad-libs while Eminem starts firing off is part of what really makes this song for me. He just seems so genuinely into it and like he is digging the shit Em is laying down, y'know what I mean?
Nah
Somewhat yah
Yeah. That's the point of ad-libs
Definitely
Yeah.
One of Em's best verses ever in my opinion. 💯
Same... I've been thinking that for years. :D I just love it, the whole thing.
Yee. 1 long accelerating verse of destruction
Listen to best friend with Yelawolf btw Eminem made me forget Yelawolf was on the song

Same @Elias Warncke . In my country we don’t have any censorship ever. 👌🏼🇳🇴
Theres passion in every word. Censoring it takes the emotion out!
This is the real moment in time when Em and Wayne fans united and had complete mutual respect for both artists.
Nah, that happened with drop the world
Really wish we had more Wayne and Em tracks, they're always dope together. No matter how many years go by, this song will always be fire asf. 💯🐐👑🔥
@Kelli Waters 💯
@Kelli Waters 2 of my top 2 favorites too. They are awesome together. Its always the ones who seem so different that actually can pull off something great. Also his collab with Yelawolf on Bestfriend was one of my favorite verses from him and also two completely different styles but fit together perfect on the right track. Eminem is good for being able to jump on anything and stand out though. Even though he seems to do everything his way but at the same time he can flip so much to fit on a beat and blend with another artist. Idk I am rambling now 😂 It made me think and type what I was thinking. Sorry this is a novel. Lol.
Drop the world forever damn ❤️
They really need to do a full project together
@@JamesV1 facts 💯
I absolutely love listening to Wayne talk about how he always went so fucking hard when he was on a track with Em cuz he wasn't gonna let him smoke him like he does everyone else 😂🔥🔥🔥
You are right. He held his own.
ua-cam.com/video/C4Ev-ezdThA/v-deo.html Wayne confirming what you just said dennis
Em’s verse, imo, is clearly better, but lil wayne was able to hold his own without getting embarrassed
@@DigThugDougTrue. I like Em's verse better, but Wayne didn't fall off short. He stood his ground pretty well
I love this guys breakdown of the lyrics.
Ya think
he is truly the best, its my 1st watching a reaction like this

Love chaos theory too.

This song samples "What is Love" by Haddaway. He's the one who singing in the background on the chorus.
Some parts, of course, and it just makes it better for me, ngl
WoW.. I didn't know that Sherlock Holmes.. how did you know that.? You are such a genius.. Albert Einstein and Elon Musk ain't got shit on you and your knowledge..
By the way , I was being sarcastic.. Haddaway is from the Caribbean, to be exact, Trinidad and Tobago.. where I live, so obviously, I'd know it was his song sampled..
Guess you didn't know that.?
Thank you kamal wow I didn't kno that 😮 I need that on my playlist

One of Em’s underrated songs
@@owenhoogland3671 Well, if you ask any casual fans to name any Eminem songs, I highly doubt that this even makes their list. That's what I mean by underrated.

As much as I dig fast rap, I think a lot of people have forgotten how hard you can hit with slow rhymes as Wayne does.
This is exactly what I needed; No Love reaction AND a free pear. Let's gooo 🔥
Life complete
The fact Wayne is just setting behind ems whole verse hyping it is my favor part of this track
"Scribble out them rhymes you were going to spit and start over from scratch and write new ones". KNOX!!! Em is referencing when Kanye had written his verse for a track with Em, Kanye heard what em was gonna spit, then canceled 2 days worth of appointments and interviews to rewrite his own verse to try and keep up with Em. Absolute genius. Em also calls out to Kanye in a few other tracks in his recovery because Em understands the scrutiny that comes with healing yourself. Em monopolizes but recognizes talent and shows respect. I will listen to Em even if he raps at 100 years old. In his 50s now and still rapping like he is hungry. Thanks for the content KNOX, bless
yh the track u are talking about is forever by drake weez kanye n em
"And Em idk when his prime was, idk we've even seen it yet" Maannn this is something to think about
I'm a simple man, i see knox hill, i see eminem, I like the video. Also you gotta do more lil dicky, you should check out the freestyles he does on his tv show "Dave"
thats crazy. he should do more LD
That monopoly breakdown was the first I’ve ever heard anyone break that down. Fan for life! Boy got skills!!!
I've always thought Lil wayne goes way harder when he jumps on a track with Em, it awakens a whole other level.
U haven’t heard lil Wayne. 6foot 7 foot, upgrade, run this town, a milli, mrcarter
Weezy’s words explain the battle with drug addiction and the life so well with “my night broken bottles and open bibles” my favorite line of his.
23:20 There is a clip of Kanye talking to someone and he says "when i heard Ems verse, that shit was so hard, I rewrote my entire verse, I canceled appointments to rewrite"
Em's verse on this gives me chills ten years on, absolutely beat the track to death right here
Knox, first off I want to take the time to say thank you for giving me the knowledge to appreciate some of my favorite rappers all that much more. I always love your insight when it comes to the meanings on these songs. Also, I’m loving the music. Keep growing, brother! Love the overall content! Wish you nothing but success!🙏🏼
I get what you mean fam. Like I've always looooved Em,but after Knox I appreciate his work so much more. God...
Best line in my opinion is “these people just get sick cuz you spit and these fools can’t drool or dribble a drop anymore” one of my top 3 Eminem songs
🤯Knox, thank you for helping me unlock the other 69% of this song that I missed out on in the last 420+ listens!!! Honestly though, every minute of you explaining had me like🤦🏽♂️. Never knew how much depth there was to this song
Haha that’s what I’m here for brother. Thanks for continuing to support 🙌
Knox you missed a reference in “You can get roasted because Marshals not mellow anymore” saying he’ll come at you and roast you with his lyrics

I learned this thing by heart rapping in my car in the winter late nights. I wrote it down on notebook paper before I had a smart phone and long before we had "Genius" lyrics.
Genius is a blessing. Though not entirely perfect, it's a large step up from AZLyrics which itself was only a marginal improvement above random UA-cam lyrics videos.
Same!
*Should do the music videos!
Now you gotta check out these classics:
Lil Wayne- Mona Lisa
Lil Wayne n Eminem- Drop the World
Eminem n Rihanna- Love the way you lie
Eminem- Guts over Fear
Eminem- Space Bound
this song helped me get through my first break up in middle school🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Ageless tune, great reaction!
Stretching to connect a double, could be one with "people's ears perk up" and "spaz".
Hit me when Knox mentioned ears perking up like a dog. Spaz was the name of Spawn's dog. Preceding line of being "alive again" (reborn) is spot on for Spawn's character as well.
Not a chance in Hell Em isn't a Spawn fan ;)
Great catch, em is the king of hidden gem bars
Em wanted to be a comic book illustrator when he was young. He's an amazing artist (drawing)....
Eminem and Lil Wayne are still two of the GOATs in the game, done and done :) This song shows the mastery of two beasts on the mic and the bars that they can deliver~
Classic song deserves to be number one
This track is GREAT. Two of the GOATs in one song, wish we had more of their collabs, lyrical beasts
We haven't seen Em on his prime yet who knows? Thanks for pointing that out I really thinks he is getting better with time
I personally like his old stuff more. He used to ride the beat like no other. No it feels forced
Day 3 of asking Knox to react to Stay Wide Awake by eminem. Great rhymes and flow, I highly recommend it. Also great vid, love your channel bro!
I think that song would make the video demonized... It's about r*pe and killing someone
Day 41 of asking for Holy- Lil’ Wayne, song is full of bars
Day 41 of giving u like for asking for Holy- Lil wayne
Holy is truly a Top Tier Wayne Song. OMG, he BLACKS OUT on that track.
Yes
Lol
He also predicted it in "Till Hell Freezes Over", one of his first recordings with Dre. "
"And as the world turns and I keep growin' older
I'll be livin' this hip-hop till hell freezes over"
Now you HAVE to do "Drop the World" from Lil Wayne n Eminem...2 of the best songs ever!
Wow it’s been 10yrs+ and I’m hearing this hole song in a different light,,we played this at my cousins funeral ⚰️ RIP WARDY ..THANK KNOX🙏🏻🕊🇬🇧💯🔥
Knox has a habit of dropping the songs I really want to hear when I'm not comfortable at home and cnt listen to them properly 😂😂
A Knox Hill just started listening and watching your videos and you are by far the best one out there. I would like for you to react to Guts over Fear by Eminem ft Sia.
Such an underrated song.
And Eminem- Phenomenal
And Eminem- Kings Never Die
@@jmorgan3882 and Eminem feat The Game - we ain't
@@jmorgan3882 that particular song is dope and under rated
First time listening to Eminem with enough English proficiency to understand most of the lyrics (thanks to being written of course!), and now man…
I just now got a sense of (apart from his technical geniosity) his depth in organizing the words, beats, syllables, metaphors, references and lines SO expertly that makes him unmatched in the whole (history of the) industry!
Thanks Knox! I would have never been able to get that if you hadn't done your epic reaction to it! (You are the only TRUELY original reactor I've EVER known… 🙂🖤)
These are probably my two favorite rappers of all time, they’ve made some fire tracks and work so well off each other, would love to hear them release some more songs
Damn I’ve listened to this song 100s of times and I have never caught any of these references by Eminem
I think it's because on the same album in "talking to myself" he talks about how he almost made a track dissing Wayne. So people were just guessing that he was subdissing Wayne a few tracks later.
When I first heard this, it was progressively just hyping me up more, I remember that
I heard Weezy's verse, and I was stumped and had no idea on how Em could possibly top that, I thought he would get killed on his own song.
And then came EM with his, and WOW. He did something I didn't think he could, one of his BEST verses.
Doing better than Weezy in his PRIME is almost impossible, and their verses go so well together. Just,
*_chef's kiss_*
The chef's kiss got me lol! Liked!
💯
Didn't even realize it was a lighter 😂.. You are incredible for hearing that and making that association 👌🏾.
Oh yea that lighter is Wayne’s thing bro. He used that so much throughout his discographies 🙌
@@KnoxHill Amazing reaction as usual👌🏾 especially the Eminem portion 🙌🏾 as usual 😄.. By the way thank you for Chaos theory 🙇🏾♂️🔥🙏🏾.
Yep. Me too. I have been listening to this song for yrs...I don't know that.
Watching Knox break stuff down when sick is the closest we get to seeing him high as fuck 😂😂😂
I love how the first part of Em's verse how his cadence matched the snare drum .. the pause then the speed up .. amazing how he listens to instrumentals and comes up with rhyme patterns to match a part of the beat
A lot of the times he writes then adds different efx an different melodie's to perfectly compliment his flow after the lyrics are laid, he constructs the beat around his flow......most people don't even know he makes most of his own beats. Dre hasn't produced Em since the MMLP
@@liberalismisamentaldisease8233Really? I forget that a lot but EM as a producer is UNDERRATED!!!

This song was on repeat when it first came out, and it's still in the play list ❤, much love from Kentucky ❤️❤️

Please do “Glory” by lil wayne. The word play is legendary.

I love your breakdown of this song...
Probably the best I've heard from you and this is one of my favorites songs of all time.... I love the beat and the combo of both of them because they're so different and yet so fluid together it's insane....
You have such an ear for this that you surprise me everytime.
Man, I've been waiting for this for so long and didn't even know I was waiting for this, this song got me through a good portion of my childhood, great breakdown man!
Gosh, it's been a while since I listened to this song. Looking forward to listening to it again with your brain to help!
All this time I used to think that Eminem was giving a random shout out to Kanye because Kanye is in his good books.
Thanks Knox for doing this else I was forever going to be in the dark. 😂
Finally!!! Been requesting for this my whole life lol. The verses in this song are top notch.
When your so good you cant say it cuz it aint cool for you to stay cocky anymore. This line is just awesome it just says it all.

Knox the line "I so started to rock fellow"
Is actually "my soul started to rot fellow"
That kanye n tay moment is one of the most important things in hip hop otherwise we would have never got MBDTF
20:28 it's also a flip on the idiom, "If you can't beat them, join them."

I’m gonna keep it a buck and say even though Shaq is my favorite reactor and I love Crypt, 2Lit and Stevie Knight and the Law Twinz Knox you ARE the best at breaking this shit down. You catch virtually every bar. There’s times I get frustrated with the others because they missed bars I caught but never had I had that issue with you. Oh and love your music too bruh keep it up. 👍

I hate watching crypt reacting to Eminem because he always relates the bars to his own music and downplays Eminem like saying "oh I could do that" and he comes off as a hater super often like hes salty at Eminem's talent. Just my opinion.
Check out TheThirdErnest bro. Another great breakdown guy. I am surw you will love him.
@@Erica-ye7kp yeah, that’s so true! Crypt is always like, “yeah I’ve used that same bar in a song back in…“ And it’s like, sure you did buddy 😂 GTFO
Does anyone else notice that Knox blinks along with the flow? You can tell when he's really paying attention because his blinks ramp up!😂
Absolutely love your channel watch all your videos awesome breakdown one of my favourite songs ever from these twox
I love this song. And my favorite line is actually "my bars are full of broken bottles and my night stands are full of open bibles". That paints such a strong picture in my head! Some book-authors manage to do that with just a few words as well, and Wayne is a master of condensed meaning.
I used to think Wayne's verse was a bit short but I always liked it. just thought it pales a little against Eminem's. But the longer I listen to this song, the more I think it's perfect and it might even top (for me, personally) Eminem's. Not so much technically, but in the way he uses words. He's a word-painter.
BTW, never really noticed the moments where Wayne doubles Eminem in his verse. I think it's because those lines (you'll never take my pride, for example, but all the others too) work for him just as much as for Eminem.
I love how this video has no dislikes, IT BETTER STAY THAT WAY
Well that lastet for tops 30 min..
