This house is simple but is full of surprises.
The foot print of the house is small but that serves as a bait for the surprise in store of how they have used the space. The basement is the secret weapon of the house.

I think a lot of people don't get why the price is 5million euros...
It's bc in a couple of years most of the mansions that are located like this one will be gone.Secondly the interiour is fantastic the marble etc it's high class stuff.
And lastly u are near shops and the ocean everything is reachable within minutes👍🏻
btw yeah a big mansion could be nice but when u are with family u wanna be close.
If ur alone or just with gf a mansion this big is enough👍🏻

I'm astonished over and over again that in most of these expensive mansions they didn't built in really flicker-free LED lighting. No, it's not only the conflict of camera shutter speed and light-control frequency that leads to such flickering video images. You could buy dimmable LED lighting with very high control frequencies that can suit any high resolution video shots and are also great for flicker sensible human beings. Not that much more expensive in relation to the overall cost of the house.

They are indeed. People are realizing that living in big cities has become obsolete, and that they can work remotely. Furthermore, the lockdown has made ppl realize what’s important, therefore they shift from apartments to houses with gardens and more space.

It’s a fully renovated villa for sale. So the new owner gets to decorate it as he/she wishes. So to say, it’s for the “king to buy his queen the crown” 👌
