Hi everyone, welcome back to our channel. If you're someone who struggles with neck pain, you're in the right place. Today, we'll be sharing some simple stretches that can provide relief and help improve your neck mobility. So grab a mat, find a comfortable spot, and let's get started.
    Shoulder Shrugs
Next, let's do some shoulder shrugs. Lift your shoulders up towards your ears, hold for a few seconds, and then release. Repeat this for 10-15 times. This stretch can help alleviate tension in your shoulders and upper back, which can contribute to neck pain.
    Neck Tilts
Now, let's move on to neck tilts. Slowly tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder. Hold for a few seconds and then switch to the other side. Repeat this for 5-10 times on each side. This stretch will help release tension in the sides of your neck.
    Upper Trapezius Stretch
Next, we have the upper trapezius stretch. Bring one arm behind your back and tilt your head towards the opposite shoulder. You should feel a stretch in the side of your neck. Hold for 15-20 seconds, then switch sides. This stretch targets the muscles on the back of your neck that can become tight and cause pain.
    Levator Scapulae Stretch
For our next stretch, we'll be targeting the levator scapulae muscle. Bring one arm across your chest and use your other hand to gently pull your head towards your shoulder. You should feel a stretch in the back of your neck. Hold for 15-20 seconds, then switch sides. This stretch can help relieve tension in the upper back and neck area.
    Chin Tucks
Lastly, we have chin tucks. This is a great stretch for improving posture and strengthening the muscles in your neck. Start by looking straight ahead, then tuck your chin towards your chest. Hold for a few seconds and then release. Repeat this for 10-15 times. You can also do this stretch against a wall for added support.
    Corner stretches
Corner stretches are simple and effective stretches that target the hard-to-reach areas of our body such as the shoulders, chest, and hips. These exercises are commonly used in yoga and Pilates, but they can also be incorporated into any workout routine. Not only do they help improve flexibility, but they also promote better posture, reduce tension, and improve overall mobility.
    Conclusion
And there you have it, some simple stretches for neck pain relief. Remember to listen to your body and only stretch to the point of mild discomfort, not pain. You can do these stretches daily or whenever you start to feel tension in your neck. We hope these stretches can help you find some relief and improve your neck mobility.
