    I really like your clear explanationd. When i do this asana, my lower front part of the bone in between ankle and knee pains...could you guess what am i doing wrong?

      M not sure exactly where is it paining. If m assuming right, then it must be because of the weight of the thigh or you might be putting lot of weight on the front leg. You can focus on not putting the weight on the knee rather try to balance the cheat in Center. Just try and see if this works
