Lol "mental side effects". You take a few incredibly rare things that occasionally happen to people on gear and act like it's inevitable. For the vast majority of people on gear, side effects are minimal or non existant.
This seems greedy as f**k to try to bring up supplements for building muscle. Protein Supplements are just protein you’re not going to get a steroid like effect from that, and you don’t even need them as you can get more protein from just food. For Batman’s physique it’s just straight up impossible without being on steroids, the guy has a fat free mass index of 28 which is beyond the natural limit for a natural lifter.

Since he is both Batman and Bruce Wayne, he would definitely be taking muscle enhancing supplements, that he makes himself for himself. He most certainly would then product test them on himself, with some causing negative effects like you mentioned like venom, but overall there wouldn't be negative effects. He would also have Alfred on the ready for food, but not at night. Personally, in fictional land, he wouldn't have general workouts 2x a day 3-5 hours each, as his busy crime fighting routine would more than makeup for these workouts. So these workouts, might be more specialized, focused on flexibility and martial arts moves, perhaps even anything that might increase his speed or at least his reaction time.
Realistically no steroids, Batman is a genetic phenom combine that along with his 1of1 mindset he is the peak of human (with money). A better way to look at this is how he gets his sleep. Deep sleep for recovery more specifically, yeah micro naps work for him but in reality he would go crazy or die from that. It is also why Batman is fictional 😂😂😂

I will say the part of this video that does talk about that marijuana does have negative effects when you try to use it everyday is true I'm somebody that used to smoke almost every day just to calm myself down from a very stressful job of being a provider which is basically just somebody's nerves where you take them to go and do stuff and the person I was working for they were the most stressful person I have ever met so after you start using everyday it stops working and instead gives you the bad side effects of paranoia all that but the very moment I stopped smoking is the very moment I started feeling better like I don't mind partaking like every once in awhile now but I will never do it like every day again
