Few things left out of the vid that i feel are worth a mention: 1. The ideal strategy to squeeze every last penny out of a business is to have it being run by a single employee (if possible). The three icons with meters need to be blue for maximum profits. Leaders apply their stats across the board for all three meters, while the two employees only apply the stat matching the icon above the employee slot. For example the starter business 'ichiban confections' can be handled alone by the old lady if shes max level. 2. Every business falls into a category represented by an icon, retail, corporation, entertainment etc. Every employee has a category icon. If you can make the leader of your business someone who's icon matches the category, bonus profit. 3. When upgrading properties/businesses, your goal is always to get the first option upgraded because it upgrades profits. The 3 other options below only help lower the stat requirements your employees need in order to fill those 3 bars. For example a rare enough employee could have good enough stats to run Ichiban confections at full capacity all by themselves, but if you want granny to run it, you have to upgrade the 3 bottom options to lower the requirement. Knowing when you need to do this is key. 4. During shareholder meetings, each shareholder has a color. But also each question has a color. Think of the questions like shields. The shareholder can throw up any color of question, they each have 3 shields in the top left. If you counter the question with the color its weak to, it only takes one hit to break. Once broken you can choose any color to attack the shareholder directly, but colors the shareholders are weak to will do more damage. Example, red shareholder asks me a green question. Ill use red to break the question, then swap to blue for critical damage on the shareholder. 5. The stats on the left of an employee card "blue meters" affects how well an employee can run the businesses, while the charisma, tenacity, and command cost affect shareholder meetings and are attack, defense, and cost per attack in that respective order.
It's funny you say that but you have to look at it like Pokemon with the colors for example red is fire blue is water and green is grass and if you know the weaknesses of each type you use it so for example blue would be strong against red but weak against Green
Thanks for all the tips, I have an extra question tho, is notability important? I currently only have 2 employees working at once and I haven't progressed that much but I have an expected 1.5m profit every game but I still only end up making about 500-700k is that the reason why?
Off the top of my head I think you need 3 employees per company that you own. The progress usually comes though when you beat the stakeholders in the meeting
@@UrbanGameplayOfficial I already knew that i needed 3 per, but I only used to have 2 working for ichiban confections, both had good service and production but I had low notability, tho just as I said that comment I actually got on and bought one and maxed the upgrades and I started making just about 4 million, and I got the bookstore like you said to do and I got to rank 43 so I'm about to get the other 2 businesses you mentioned.

@@UrbanGameplayOfficial Yo dude I have a question again, so I've just gotten back to grinding the minigame for the first time since last week (I'm in rank 8 rn thanks to the recommendations of businesses i needed to buy) I'm just wondering how those UR workers you have can be acquired cause like most of my workers are pretty subpar and every business is just barely passing product and sevice with most not even hitting enough notability and a couple not even getting the full service needed
@@catto4589 I got it initially from having the legendary edition but if you continue playing the main game some of them are unlocked through the story and also doing some of the side stories you can also unlock employees
