Leanne you are such a thoughtful person and always thinking of others. I hope you are well on the road to recovery, as one cancer patient to another it is really tough on us the sufferers but also our family and friends. Kate has a lovely family around her and they will give her the strengh she needs to come out the other side. As for sleeping it is restless night lol. Take care and keep doing what you are doing.😊 The dress is a beautiful colour for a summer wedding Leanne, brush off the doom and gloom of winter greys. You look amazing ❤

Love this Leanne! So interesting, inspirational and motivational . We had a fab day at Chester Zoo last Saturday, despite my health issues and all it's limitations. We saw the new snow leopards and baby giraffe, a very cold day, but it was truly good for the soul. Tomorrow is another day lovely, you are doing so well, the down days are to be expected with all you are going through, don't expect too much of yourself. Your dresses are just gorgeous, but the orange one is definitely the one! !x I'm now following you on Instagram. Sending love. X

I tried doing the overnight oats last week- I messed up lol.i used protein oats and loads of fage but it just went like concrete- it’s not supposed to be ththick yes?
The second dress is my fave- it can be summertime wedding- but it definitely needs a colour pop,like the turquoise or lavender in the dress(watched this part a few times) xxx
Thank you. It does go thick but shouldn’t be super hard I think you probably needed more milk or water when the mixture was soaking it’s amazing how much the chia seeds absorb, when I eat mine it’s just like yogurt consistency with a bit of a nutty texture 🌸
Both the dresses are lovely on you. I think for a summer wedding the orange will be perfect and the colour suits you. Might get some chia seeds to sprinkle on my breakfast! Take care x

I love both dresses but particularly the orange one. If you wear it with a cream or beige jacket, it might 'tone it down', if that concerns you but it looks lovely, I think. xx

My daughter is so fussy with food too. She’s 9. She’s getting worse lol 😂. She does love fruit and some veg so that’s something.
I love yoghurt and fruit for breakfast and add chia seeds/flax seeds and sometimes granola - 35g is HEB and has quite a bit of protein.
The zoo looked amazing ❤. We live near Yorkshire Wildlife Park (not sure if you’ve heard of it). It’s great as animals have plenty of space etc. The food is ridiculously expensive though. Xxxx
I love granola I haven’t had it for ages I might pick some up! I’ve not heard of the wildlife park near you but we’re a very long way from there 🌸
Looks like a beautiful day. Foods looks good. I personally wouldn't ever use fry light. I know your into doing research, so have a look at how oils are produced and what to avoid to stay healthy. It will shock you ❤

They are all so toxic Leanne and manufactured. I know they can be high in calories but I just put mine in a spray bottle. You are doing so well by the way with everything you've been through. 🙌 ❤
