also fluffy lavender key switches. thats hilarious - but in a good way. Never thought id hear leo say those two words, ever.
Two days in a row of hearing this man say slang terms. Love it.
Fo shizzle
that THICC cooler certainly is, well, thick. 😁
im sure theyll be makin the 360 version of the q60. Looks good honestly, good job hyte 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I loved the HYTE case James reviewed, the screen is unreal. loved it that much I ended up buying it much to the anger of my family
Treat them all to a McDonalds. will keep them happy
'Fluffy lavender' - ok HYTE just rose in my mind, some funny guys working in their! Their cases are little works of art. Cant believe people still whinging like kids about RGB. They need to look back in time to the masses of biege boxes everyone had. Get with it !
I really do like that touch case with the display built in. So cool...
We did a full review of it in December in case you missed it
Love that exploded system at 2:35 could mount the PC to the wall of my office.
Would look great. ❤
Keep up the good work. I do think that it's a pity that so much of what you and other UA-camrs have shown us seems to have been behind closed doors - special guests only - and not for the ordinary CES visitor.
Leo in a happy mood today 😊
He has been surprisingly happy all week, nice to see.
Like any of the HYTE products?
All very colorful, nice designs. Like the brand, exciting company IMO - Corsair watch out !
Yes they are!
Beautiful eco system ❤
We agree!
They look like a company with their finger on the pulse
I can tell. You were blown away by their products.😅
I quite like HYTE, I just have some concerns with the materials they are using, quite a bit of flex in my HYTE case and I know James is one of the few reviewers to spot this (thanks Kitguru for verifying what I found myself). Hoping they take more of a LIAN LI approach, rather than opt for cheaper, thinner materials.
Material costs are a large part of what you end up paying. Are you prepared to pay Lian Li money for Lian Li quality from someone who isn't Lian Li?
@@POVwithRC Well im prepared to pay Lian Li money to get that quality and with some of HYTE's unique options, like that screen.
Pre Lubed Fluffy Lavender's 😲
50mm RAD? will need some high airflow for that !
If we get one we will let you know
Mat likes getting his mitts on pre-lubed stuff.
Lube FTW 😆
Want that case so bad!!❤
*Leooo!* ❤❤❤
I LOVE that keyboard ! its retro yet modern. very unusual styling. That radiator is massive. surely thats going to hinder airflow from ordinary fans?
ITs certainly different, the keys look kind of dull with not much light coming through, but the conditions are difficult to tell. if Mat gets it to review will see better.
Hopefully we get a look at both and can give you honest results
I think Hyte brings interesting products to the table.
They're not necessarily to everyone's tastes, nor do they appeal to the general masses. $300 cases and AIOs target a limited segment of the market after all.
But their offerings do more than just copy the trend set by the Lian Li O-11 series of cases or the NZXT Kraken Z-series AIOs with the LCD screen. I feel that they know what their targeted audience want and try to cater to that rather than compete in the crowded space occupied by the larger more established brands. And I'd say that works out pretty well for them, they're basically backed by IBP (or are IBP depending on how you view it) and they can use their Hyte cases in IBP pre-builds which nets them additional market segment and an unprecedented way of getting product feedback given the sheer amount of pre-builds IBP sells.
When is the THICC cooler released? would like to see if the thickness helps cooling at all. should do, if the rest of the design is good.
Save the money and buy a arctic one.
@@swizzler8053 Arctic make a 50mm thick Radiator?
Shipping February 15!
@KnightRider-lq5yb not so thick buts it's thicker than a regular aio.
@@swizzler8053 Ah ok - im curious to see the relationship between thickness and air flow - and potential issues.
What are those key switches like ? Linear ? Clicky ? Any details ?
They're linear
I need a Y70 inverted version.
1_ ASUS TUF Gaming VG34VQL1B
2_ LG 34WP65C-B
3_ SAMSUNG Odyssey G6 LS32BG650
4_ SAMSUNG Odyssey G5
5_ Cooler Master GM34-CW
6_ Gigabyte G34WQC
Which monitor is better? Considering that I have a rtx 4070 ti graphics card? Thank you for telling me in order
Cooler looks awesome. Too bad I won't buy it because it only comes in the panda color theme.
That's thick with 3 c's. And it still has the k.
Not too sure about the spelling of THICC on that cooler.
It looks hideous.
You don’t think it looks thicc ?
Leo... getting a blow-dry.
I suppose it's better than getting a dry blow.
We see what you did there.....
always love your content but I feel it's a dis-service to Hyte to not mention that their Link system is very different to iCue Link because unlike Corsair the Hyte system allows other third parties to develop for the ecosystem and become a part of it whereas the Corsair system is locked to Corsair products only forcing you to buy only Corsair components which not everybody wants to do. Big points to Hyte for this but really you should have mentioned it because it's unfair to say it's a copy of iCue Link.
yay daisy chain rgb fans become mainstream, GL lian li suing them all
Did they really calls their cooler "THICC"? 😂 Wtf lol
those sleeved cables look like dogshit from that aio
That's one ugly keyboard, namely due to the volume control unit on the upper left. I noticed Hyte is starting to go with a hyper rounded design language in these products, which is in stark contrast to their hard edged and boxy cases. Not a good move imo.
My god that keyboard is ugly. Just sitting on a giant cheap plastic slab like a toy.
Boring RGB crap everywhere, no innovation. Get these guys out of CES.
Rough night?
Get HYTE out of CES? wow, you seem angry man, chill
Well I'm glad you aren't in charge.
@@POVwithRC Its 2024, its cool to be as miserable as you can be, and just hate on everything. Crazy world.
Well we hope some people liked it 😮
