No you don't actually need it, just tighten it by hand gently and then go another 1/2 turn or 3/4 turn. Just don't use too much force and you'll be fine
Some might find it easier to do one cylinder at a time to avoid mixing up wires etc.
Ah yes good tip that could be another way to approach it. I had to take everything off anyway

You actually can just use some long nose pliers, that's what I did to start with. The tool just helps a lot but not actually essential
Do absolutely need the torque wrench ? I don’t have one , can I just seat real tight

Did you gap them ? Or are they pre gapped
Pre-gapped, I do check a few of them to make sure but all modern spark plugs are pre-gapped out of the box
