4K processing. This one's been requested quite abit, so here it is. Its a heavily inspired Silent hill game, that originally started off as a mod made in the source engine. Enjoy!
@@mugofbricks It is. Based off the first Half Life game, but they're also right in saying it was Silent Hill inspired as well as Resident Evil inspired since the VP70 is featured in this game as well.
If you have ever been really into silent hill you can see they are more or less blatant rip off's the creatures from there the ghosts the screaming female running on blades 🤣
that whole sequence at 46:30 - 46:50 was hilarious, you running for your life, and finding the door locked and turning to the enemy swinging into the air.. slowly pulling out the pistol and taking the time to aim and head shot two of them was fantastic.
Did you know that you could melee attack with your weapon? Also if you put the phone in your pocket it actually provides a decent amount of light. Nice playthrough though!! Great indie horror game, it brings back so many memories...
THANK YOU SO MUCH! I thought I got softlocked because the door i went through wouldn't work(2:25:44) after i picked up the fuse and thinks to this video i now know that the door moves :)
Seeing this again brings me nostalgia. S ranked this game with all endings and unlocks, last Fall before Halloween. Yet, I've known about it since it came out in 2012. Worked up the courage to finally do it, and I'm happy. Such a horrible story Simon went through. Nostalgia!
what games you can name that will constantly make you being in a state of fear and having the threat to find some monstrosity with a knife running faster than you? only cry of fear
@@PBHorrorGaming I know how it is with these gold source engine games. I still can't get over that this game is running the same engine as the first Half Life. Crazy! Thanks for the upload, Cry of Fear still doesn't get enough love.
This is trying to be silent hill from the looks of things everything from the suspense music the dialogue and the first enemy was just like the ghosts from silent hill 4 the room.. heavily influenced clearly! Edit: as the vid goes on theres more and more i can see.. 🤣

It's crazy how having uniquely strange creatures ramps up the frightening by a 100. I love cry of fear

And i'm only 36mins in..
I really like the ambience in this game, very calming. In the quiet moments when things aren't trying to murder you.

goddamn this game needs a console release, I remember playing this on my shitty old PC and still loving it
When you just stood there after getting hit by the exploding monster at 21:21 … I felt that.

I don’t know
Why the screen got small everytime you read something
Playing in 4k with a game that doesn't have UI scaling causes small text unfortunately.
Lots of action in this game🤠
How are people playing this in 4k with it out crashing or menus being super zoomed in?
I remember when Cry did this game. Shame he turned out the way he did.
what?
@@EggGamingVR crayotic he was a popular youtuber.
Why is the menu, notes etc so small?
great player. give some insight on the game progression and it will become very great.
GLHF
So … Sophie is not dead… dammmmnnn 🗿 I adore this game🤌🏻🤍
Remorse :the list 2022
What is this? A menu for ants!?
lol, Any time you see tiny text in a 4K video like this, its cause the UI is being rendering at 1080p and isn't scaling up to 4K.
“I don’t want to hear your excuses! The menu has to be at least... 3x bigger than this”
@@PBHorrorGaming I wondered why that was in some games. That’s cool to know. Thanks and I love your channel. 😎👍

Which is fine, because Silent Hill is basically a Resident Evil clone. It’s just more scary content for consumers to enjoy, so who cares.
yea that’s the point. it’s even in the description, this game is well known for that
