You made a solid choice. My first set were Reynolds "Victory." I've since bought 6 or 7 more sets in the last year.

My first set were Slide-rites… second were Reynolds Pro Advantage. You made a good choice, all slides 2.0 are solid bags. I have a set myself.

I’m in the same situation you are in 2 1/2 three months ago played cornhole for the first time bought several Sets of bags, my wife my son and myself are in a league it is very addicting but enjoy the journey. They’re a little quick at first the bags you have you may want to just play a lot with them or what I did with mine soaked them in warm water put them in the dryer with a couple of towels on low heat in that broke him in real life I wouldn’t add any softener or conditioner to these bags they’ll break in to much or fast is what I experienced with mine, I bought the 2.0s also I took them out of the box and soaked them I should’ve just played with them first anyway enjoy the journey you’re into a sport that is the fastest growing sport right now in America, and you’re doing what every one of us new person does, Is watch everything on UA-cam we possibly can, bag reviews, competitions, etc.

I just started playing at the end of July. Had a recommended video pop up while I was recovering from knee surgery. Bought my 1st set of bags (Fire Vengeance) while I still had staples in my knee. Now I have 3 sets of Fire bags (Vengeance, Blaze, and Incinerators), Ultra Psycho-X, Ultra Butter, and just got the new Ultra Viper R. Now I play in 2 blind draws a week with 5 ACL Pros. My current PPR is only 6.5, so I’m nowhere near their level, but it’s awesome throwing against them. The cornhole community is awesome. There’s always a couple bad eggs in the bunch, but for the most part, everyone is so chill and helpful. Good luck on your journey.
