Hi Marwa, the hospitals that offer places change each year depending on the needs of the department, so I can't say where will be offering CBI next year unfortunately. However, the NSHCS website shows the different places on offer this year so you could take a look there! nshcs.hee.nhs.uk/programmes/stp/applicants/stp-posts-2021/ In response to your other question - you can't do 2 specialisms in one, however during first year you do rotate around other departments to get a view of what they do. GI Physiology trainees don't rotate around Genomics though. To get more of an idea of what you'd be learning, the NSHCS website has the curriculum and it gives you a really good insight! Sort of having some additional training in Nutrition in this case, would that be possible?
