I did it! I did it! I finally tried SCREEN PRINTING! I have to give a shout out to the team at Design Bundles because I was inspired by their live tutorial, to finally give SCREEN PRINTING a try!

Hi Delonda! Great tutorial. A tip for this type silk screening is that you can buy silk screening roll and make several screen prints to reuse simply by removing the bead around the screen frame and add new screen with a new design and keep the screens you make. A simple heat pressing on the designs you create will make them permanent reusable screens. 😊 Thank you for sharing!

@@rockelleg.3406 if you take a roll of silkscreen you can cut out several screen prints and just reuse your screen frames. The frames must have the rubber gasket which holds the screen in place. As far as your design you use htv and press it onto the screen with your source of heat press. Just remember to mirror your design 😊

Yes!!! The cutie served multiple purposes 🤣🤣. I had something else to focus on and it gave me the confidence to keep going. Screen printing is certainly the way to go when you have more than one shirt to do with the same design.

That was very informative. I have seen screen printing done many times but it never looked this easy. You really make it easy to follow. I don’t know if I need one more way to make a shirt but I do say the results are amazing. I don’t have a cutie but he didn’t help you much or he would have told you measure twice cut once 😉

I think this is a great video! Thank you for sharing your mistakes as well as what works. The only thing I think I would do in addition to what you've done is press the shirt first, then roll to remove excess fabric clingons. I hope to be able to do this as well as multiple colors. Keep on keeping on.

I really enjoyed this video. I want to try the screen print, I loved it. Can you use an easy press to do these t-shirts. I use to look at several videos, but once I looked at yours I always come back to learn more. You have a great gift of teaching with simplicity. Thank you! I just let it sit there with the heat press on for about 10 minutes. Wash inside out. And it still looks like new!!

Hi Regina, the cuties come in Cricut mystery boxes. They are usually released once per month and it is very random. I usually post on my community tab and in my facebook group as soon as they are releasesd. The mystery boxes sell out pretty fast, so be sure to check there often. There probably won't be another box until March.

I just wanted to say when doing this make sure you don't use strong grip transfer tape i did and had to do it over because i was not able to separate it. Delonda thanks for the tutorial i always wanted to try screen printing.

Hey love, great video so I’m having problems on burnishing the transfer tape some pieces of the vinyl is coming up with the tape, what am I doing wrong, how long would you suggest burnishing on both sides while on the screen.
Thanks! I suggest using permanent vinyl, burnishing VERY well, and peeling back slowly at an angle. When/if pieces start to come up, use your finger or a weeding tool to push them back down.
