That kitchen tool you're using is called a dough cutter. What a freaking fantastic use of the tool to use with your bling!! I wish I had learned about this when I was doing beading!

I, too, love to bling just about everything. However, I try to exercise discipline as too much bling is tacky. Right now I am blinging a faux leather jacket that has floral embroidery. I put small stones inside the flowers to make them sparkle. It is amazing how much a little adds to the garment. Thanks for this video.

I don't create them myself... That takes a lot of patience and determination. Since I know designers that make them, I haven't taken the time to learn!

Thanks for all the crafting education you have given to us all. I'm venturing out into rhinestones. I love anything and everything rhinestones. Can you please advise me on what kind of cutting machine I can purchase to get me started in making rhinestone templates. I am part of the cricut family. Smh.....I cant do cricut for rhinestones because I have lost sleep over trying to get it to work. I have followed you teaching using cricut and its not working out for me. Not to mention...change is good. Still love cricut. Thanks for everything.

I don't know but of a select few places to get the rhinestone flock. Amazon does carry the silhouette version. Type in rhinestone flock and see if its available on Amazon there.

LOL!! Thank you for asking, but I don't use anything. I found most skincare products break me out, so just good ol fashioned "hot water wash rag" as my grandma used to say.
I just found your video and was very impressed! I did check out "Make the cut" and there is a note stating it's no longer compatible with Cricut. Would you be able to do a tutorial on how to create the template in Inkscape so it can be imported into DS? I am still pretty new to DS and Inkscape. I love Bling and waiting for my heat press to be shipped. Any help would be very appriecated !!

Hi how are you? I just saw on amazon a few of these hitfix tools and then UA-camd and came to u!! My question is( of course I’m absolutely a beginner) what tool should I buy? There are so many to choose from or like basic setup supplies?
How long did it take to make the plotter holes for the rhinestones with your cricut and is it possible to purchase the template with the holes already on the pattern so I would only have to purchase the rhinestones. Thank you for you inquiry! The length of time to cut it depends upon the size of the template. I unfortunately can't give a specific time. It isn't painfully long, if that helps. In lost instances, you will not be able to purchase pre-made templates unless you buy them from the designers directly, and they usually don't sell them. Think of it like me selling copies of DVDs. It is unethical.

Only if they are listed as "hotfix". If they are not hotfix (or iron on), then you can not use them with heat.

You got what from Amazon? A heat press? If so, the flat stretch headbands should work just fine on the press.
I wanted to see how you press the shirt once you placed the rhinestones. Maybe add it?
