Mam, Idea to bahot achha hai beetroot khane ka but uske jo fayede hai wo deep fry karne se baaki rahenge kya....
Mujhe jald se jald khoon badhana hai.... Mujhe ise khaane k aur koi tareeke batayiye mam plz
Beet root kaccha hi jyada faydemand hota hai aap ise kaddukas kr k usme kabhi rost peanut ya halka dahi or pyaj mix kr k rost jira dhani powder mix kr k salad bana k khaiye inshaallah fayda hoga
For how many days we can preserve?
15 days you can preserve it ,if you can fry it crispy.
U are steaming then again frying thr beetroot, this double heat process will remove all nutrients from this beetroot!
