  • Try something different from your regular snacks, turn this healthy beetroot and incorporate in your kids diet in the form of chips. It can be baked or fried. It is combined with all healthy grains and beetroot puree. This can be stored for 2 to 3 weeks and can be enjoyed with a cup of tea.
    Ingredients
    1 medium sized beetroot
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tbsp jowar flour
    1 tbsp bajri flour
    1 tbsp besan
    1 tbsp raagi/nachni flour
    1 tsp red chilly powder
    1 tsp roasted cumin powder
    1 tsp chat masala
    2 tbsp hot oil

    Cud never imagine Beetroot cud be had this way. Tasty and nutritious way of having this superfood. Definitely trying this one 👍👍

    Steam the beets.... If boiling use the same water to grind

    At what temperature and how long it needs to be baked
