      Oh I’m thrilled you enjoyed it. Don’t miss the live videos where I answer questions as I give my best advice for people moving there, which includes not buying property for at least a year and don’t sign a lease. Most people don’t stay where they started and that’s normal. You want to give yourself flexibility to explore. And if you need help with anything I’ve included Andrés WhatsApp number ( essential app you need to download) as he’s a national guide and the source of all my Ecuador information.

    Gracias a ti puedo yo viajar a Ecuador mediante tus videos ya que hay lugares que nunca he ido y me dan ganas de ir allá algún día, gracias por dar a conocer esos bellos paisaje aunque me puso mal lo de la minería ilegal y el río seco :( a 20 minutos de gualaceo estaba Paute que tambien es un lugar muy bonito, allá es famoso el río que pasa y los paisajes de allá hasta hacen parapente si algún días vas te recomiendo ir allá y su bebida típica de Paute es la Yaguana elaborada con frutas y hierbas aromáticas. En gualaceo te faltó probar la bebida más típica de allá que es el rosero, ese no lo venden en los mercados sólo en algunas panaderías del sector y sus típicas quesadillas. La horchata de México acá también se consumía en la costa de pequeña era muy común que yo lo tomaba, sobretodo en guayaquil pero acá se llamaba resbaladera, hoy en día solo existe creo un local de mi ciudad porque de poco en poco se esta perdiendo esa bebida :/ aunque gracias a los venezolanos lo hacen tambien solo que ellos le dicen chicha, pero es lo mismo ya que es a base de arroz. Por si te da curiosidad de probar el rosero en Cuenca lo puedes tomar, el lugar se llama "panadería y dulceria gualaceo" queda en la calle Luis Cordero por el centro histórico y en los mercados es famoso el caldo de patas tambien, pere ese caldo no todos lo hacen bien, hay que saber uno que lo haga muy bien. Si pasas por el Chimborazo te recomiendo a que pruebes la chicha huevona

    • @ayngelina
      @ayngelina  2 роки тому +1

      He probado la yaguana pero en Gualaceo en un lugar que se llama fritada de certag. Casi lo incluyo en el video y hubiera sido demasiado largo, así que voy a hacer un video dedicado a Gualaceo. Creo que debería ser un sitio del patrimonio de la UNESCO para la comida porque conserva muy bien la tradición.
      Siga recibiendo recomendaciones, ya que siempre tiene recomendaciones buenas.

      Soy de la costa y debo reconocer que lo más delicioso de la comida de la sierra es el hornado de cerdo; los costeños nunca sabremos cómo lo marinan o como lo preparan, porque en la costa no nos sale como a ellos. Pero nuestro fuerte son los mariscos y sobre todo en las Provincias de Manabi y El Oro.

      Debo acotar que en Cuenca se elaboran cerámica de excelente calidad, cerámica de exportacion, sobre todo en la ciudad de Cuenca hay un Parque Industrial, donde existen fábricas que elaboran, todo tipo de cerámicas para consumo local e internacional. Exportamos vajillas, pisos, accesorios de baños, de cocina, etc a varias partes de europa, Rusia, África. Lo digo con absoluta seguridad porque trabajo en Autoridad Portuaria y por nuestro puerto se embarcan decenas de contenedores de esos productos con destino a esos lugares que mencione. Desde mi punto de vista, la cerámica echa en Cuenca es tan genial y de excelente calidad que la italiana, española y brasileña, sobre todo la marca de cerámica Grayman, para mi concepto es mejor que la española. Desde cuenca también se exportan muebles de madera, embutidos (a europa ), licores como el shumir también exportamos. Obviamente importamos materia prima para la elaboración de varios productos. Cuenca es considerada la ciudad industrial y obviamente artesanal.
