sorry for the late update video - apparently technology had it out a bit for me today so every step of the way took longer than usual :) 4am and I am going to bed hahah ❤ hopefully everything has worked properly now!
The difference between the two short cuts is that the second one if a bit longer, thicker and has a few extra details (forelock and extra strands, etc. ) :) I'm guessing the Gen 4 horses are probably going to be able to master all the different special moves we've had so far. They will be able to breed and be customizable , so there's a good chance special moves will be available to all of them, possibly for SC, or something else.
Hi! I think the reason you feel like they’re “softer” than other horses is I believe SSO was going for a “show groomed” look - meaning a full body clip including the whiskers around their nose and eyes, which is common to see amongst Grand Prix level show horses 😊
I doubt this is the case! If so, the bay and chestnut coats would be more washed out and grey. The fleabitten grey horse wouldn’t be so bright, either, it’d be more dark due to their black skin. I seriously hope they’ll do some clipped coats one day though!
@@CopleyOne you’re absolutely right on the differences in color, and there’s no way of knowing what the developers were actually going for, this was just my guess as it’s common to see in the western pleasure world I grew up in - and I doubt the designers would really want to make a faded clipped coat as it wouldn’t be as flashy. But having clipped options in the future would be awesome where you can see that color difference!
Nice video and Selle Francais. It's great when is horse named after something. Sometimes I name horses after genres of music or after bands or songs I like.
I was so excited when they came out!!! I bought the black one with a roached mane and named her Deery aka Debby! Love all your videos and hope you are doing well ❤
I know this Is kind of late to say compared to when the video got released, but the level 7 is only 4500 hxp, so if you find Mary's animals, do the starshine races, druid training, the moorland races and Steve's race you have 4550 hxp, that should take such a long time. And you can either do it off camera or when you talk. And then you hit level 7 and can show off the special gait/move ❤
Ahah sameee - I hated them when they first came out and as I saw them EVERYWHERE I decided to cave and buy one. Safe to say it is my new main horse and almost maxed already LOL
Actually that isn’t what the courbette is meant to look like. If you watch the UA-cam video, “courbette, under saddle by skiesfirepaved” what it is, is a rear where the horse jumps forward while maintaining the rear at the same time.
@@JustAnotherPixel and that is okay, I just thought to point it out, no hate. You will probably not be the only one to not realise that special move has been given the incorrect name
personally i dont like the horse dynamics on this horse- my favourite ones would probably be on the jorvik wild horses :) but this is a nice new addition

I haven't played in a while, but all of these new updates look so fun and exiting! Thanks for the showcase video
The coats are soooo beautiful. I'm not sold on the animations at all but I will definitely get one regardless

Ok so I’m pretty sure that breed in Irl is more skittish/energetic so I like it looks like that.
5:16 It's a steel grey not a dapple grey!! ❤❤
4:10 The difference is the main is a lot more thicker and layers
**sighs and buys starcoins**

Same!! I think it’s so wonderful she puts it out there! ❤️
She NEEDS to buy a gelding and name it “ballless” 😂😭 I see too much of that name on TikTok..
Great Job!:)
I like the horse coats but they walk and run kind of stiff 😢
