Who doesn’t love Crab. It's sweet, flavorful and just delicious. Working in restaurants I have always made crab cakes because it is a no brainer. But the down side to eating them while you are out is that most places buy them pre made and frozen. Here I show you how to make them from scratch and with ingredients you probably already have in your pantry.
Just remember to find good crab and always pick through it for shell.

Why do people always say ghee or clarified butter? Aren't they the same thing? I've never known the difference if there even is one.
Ghee is butter that has been melted and the water from the milk boiled away giving the clarified butter a nutty taste.
Clarified butter is just melted butter then the fat is removed. (No nutty taste)

@@wdavis911 yes. But for ghee you boil off the liquid and it makes a nutty taste. So it is diffrent
