- Chicken Adobo
Chicken adobo is one of the easiest dishes you can make! It is a very straightforward recipe, and one even beginner to novice cooks can follow with ease. It is also an adaptable one; if you’re one to like onions, potatoes, pineapples, or eggs in your adobo, feel free to have it! With so many variations, chicken adobo really has something for everyone.
Disclaimer: I'm not a chef. My baking/cooking is based on my personal taste and I always do it my way. I just love cooking food and making video recipes of it, even my first time cooking. Most of my recipes are also from UA-cam and other reading materials. My measurements are often estimates, and some of my ingredients are optional and leftovers.
INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo chicken 1 pc onion, chopped1 tbsp white vinegar 3 cloves garlic 1/2 cup water1 tablespoon cooking oil2 tbsp soy sauce
bay leaves
pepper
Instructions:
*Heat a cooking pot. Pour cooking oil.
*Saute onion and garlic.
*Pan-fry chicken until cooked.
*Add pepper, vinegar and soy sauce.
*Add water. Bring to a boil.
*Add dried bay leaves. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the chicken gets tender.
*Serve and enjoy!
